Heating was simple, 3 minutes in the microwave at 50% power. The noodles were buttery soft, the bechamel was tasty, and overall one of the tastiest lasagna I've ever had. My only regret was that I didn't buy more. The portion size was perfect my big appetite. It's one of those dishes that I would love to have on hand when I'm feeling too lazy to cook. They are at various farmers markets in the Peninsula and South Bay, highly recommend dropping by if you are looking for affordable, tasty, homemade, and authentic Italian food! The breaking point: - Pickup kept getting pushed, then switched to "delivery" that never happened - We requested cancellation and a refund; they responded once asking for our order number, then completely ghosted despite multiple follow-ups - They later emailed about temporarily closing and invited cancellations - we replied again, no response - Then they shut down entirely We paid for 12 meals and only received 5, over a span of time where we should have finished the subscription. Plus, we're now left SOL without any resolution. If you're in the same situation and think you're outside the chargeback window, still try your bank.
