Charles took care of me. He recommended to test my battery. Took it to the testing machine and saw it needed to 1st charge it. He took my number and I went to eat. He called within 40 minutes to let me know it was charged and the battery was bad as expected. Bought a new battery and joined the rewards program. Over all great friendly customer service and reasonably priced. Charles even wheeled out the battery and loaded it into my vehicle. I will say that service has been fantastic at all the locations I've been to and this one was no different. The employees here were very helpful in recommending new cigars to try. The Fincks brand of cigars are really a great value, inexpensive but they taste pretty good. They do have a smoking lounge inside the store but I prefer to smoke outside, and that's okay. They have tables and chairs outside for people like me. There are a lot of cigar stores in San Antonio but you will be hard pressed to find one that makes you feel as comfortable as Fincks.
