Gernin is a great little consignment boutique with hip, reasonably priced clothing. This place has a comfortable feel with well-organized racks, a sizable shoe section and nice changing rooms. Odd, skat-filled jazz music was playing, which added to the fun vibe.
I found three skirts that I liked and they were priced from $5 to $12. Excellent! There were quite a few that were more expensive and there were lots of name brands to choose from. Gernin also had a good selection of vintage jewelry.
You might miss Gernin if you aren't looking for it, as it is set perpendicular to the road. It is located only a few doors down from Fuddruckers and has some well-dressed mannequins in the windows. A tip: parking can be a little crazy in the small lot around lunch time, but any other time of the day should be perfect.
Gernin is a fun little place to spend a few minutes shopping for cute, reasonably priced clothing. I will definitely go back there after a few months to see the new stuff what they have in. read more
