I wanted to support this black owned and woman owned business in the heart of Inglewood. Although the location is new, this business has been in service for 10 years. I love the fact she is doing something unique. Never thought about combining a cupcake frosting (whip) on top of a mini cheesecake. The presentation is beautiful to showcase at any event. When I arrived she was finishing up the final touches on four options for the day. Now here's the downside, the owner seems to give priority to catering events instead of keeping enough readily available cheesecakes in store . I've stopped in several times , always nicely greeted by the young man who works there. Just to get told there is very limited stock and/or flavors in the middle of the day. These were shipped from LA to Atlanta...in May 2021. The packaging was secure and was glad I was home when it was delivered to refrigerate immediately as that was something I was concerned about.
