The mutton sandwich was packed with thinly sliced, grilled meat and very fresh veggies. I loved the combo of meat and veg with the frybread and it was easy to eat by folding it up like a soft taco. I liked the taste of the mutton (No gamey taste whatsoever) but it was a bit chewy. The cinnamon sugar frybread was a winner for my daughter who gave it a thumbs up. Long after trying to decipher the menu I picked the PIGGY BOWL. The Piggy Bowl consisted of a bed of Sweet Potato Fries, sheet of macaroni and cheese, a pillow of pulled pork, a blanket of cheese and topped with a quilt of BBQ sauce. I use sleeping metaphors because this could make you want to NAP from eating this hearty helping of food. After chowing this southern inspired chow I was full from the heavy ingredients. Overall it was tasty and I liked how the combination of flavors and textures went well together. The pulled pork was moist and not over-cooked to where it was dry or mushy. I like that the mac n cheese in this particular dish was not overly cheesy or gooey to pair with the rest of the ingredients otherwise it would be too 'wet' with the rest of the cheese and bbq sauce on top. However, I did experience a lot of char bits on the mac. This took away from the dish because I was crunching the bits as if they were finely crushed oreo crumbs. I'm not sure why the mac was thrown on the grill to pick up the burnt bits but I could taste it in my bites. The other critique is that the menu is way too hard to interpret. It is hand written and did not say exactly what the items or ingredients were. There were not even pictures to help with the visuals. I had to keep asking about the items which is why it took me so long to decide. The list of offerings were a cluster bomb and hard to know how to order. If the menu was better displayed and organized, I guarantee they would get more business, especially when there are trucks with similar food type in the vicinity. No one wants to have to guess what they are getting. I would give this 3.5 stars if possible based on this first experience.

The menu pricing is for 2 sliders + fries @ $9 or 3 sliders + fries @$12. What I got was a single sandwich and a bag of chips, but was still charged $9. Kind of felt like I didn't get my money's worth. I ended up with the Baby Bello - grilled baby Portobello, cheddar, fried onion strings and bbq sauce. It was delicious and I think it somehow still had the fried onion strings on it even though their fryer was down. Overall, I'm sure it was healthier than what I was planning to order anyway. Also, the other food trucks that come by here always bring pop up tents for people to seek shade under while waiting for their food, and Electric Sliders should consider doing the same. It's 114 outside.

It had carne asada, pico de gallo, fries, guac, crema, and cheese inside. Once I added the provided hot sauce...Boom! Flavor explosion! Loved the burrito and recommended it to my cousin and his friend. They both went and ordered the "Josie" and both raved about it. Now, I'm not saying it's the best burrito I've ever had but I would definitely put it in the top 10. I'm a Cali boy and have been living in Az for ten years, needless to say I'm a Mexican food expert at this point!
