This store pretty much carries everything newborn babies and toddlers need, from strollers to toys, clothes and accessories. I love how big the store is, and it's very clean and organized. All of the staff wear masks and are polite and helpful. I also appreciate how they clean the check-out area after each transaction. The price tag on some of the products are higher than average, but not by a lot. There's also a clearance rack at the front of the store with really cute baby clothes. Even though the store is big, some areas and aisles are way too small and tight to allow for proper physical distancing. The parking lot outside is spacious. buybuy BABY is definitely a great store, and I'm looking forward to coming back and buying more things for my nephew!

Anyone thinking of making a purchase from Snuggle Bugz should think twice. I ordered an item from…read morethem online through Amazon and they shipped the incorrect item. I reported the issue through Amazon and the company sent me to an external website (which is against Amazon policy) to report the issue and expected me to provide all the information all over again. I called the site and the agent told me that I had to provide all the information by email. The agent also made me provide personal information over the phone, which is against Amazon's policy. This company gladly takes the business that Amazon brings in for them, but has chosen to ignore the rules and also will not hesitate to give customers the run around.

I would not recommend this store/merchant - my wife purchased a stroller ( 2014 model that was on…read moresale), car seat and adapter from their London store, was shown that there were 13 strollers in the inventory. A deposit was paid and we were to come back to pick up the stroller the following week (we are from Toronto) - a day or two before the scheduled pickup, we received a call letting us know that the stroller was no longer available, they had no more in inventory, they had all been sold.....? The staff was less than kind and unapologetic, refusing to provided a replacement stroller at the same price in light of their mistake, horrible customer service. One of the worst shopping experiences ever when buying furniture. Couch was purchased in November…read moreand delivered mid June. All measurements of the building including doors, hallways and elevator were taken and given to the store. Fast forward 7 months later, the furniture arrives and it downs fit in the elevator. Because they had to use the stairs more money was wanted by the third party moving company hired by the furniture store. When I called to complain I was basically rudely told that it was my problem and I either had to pay it or they would return the couch and I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. This was a $4K+ couch where I had already paid $600 for delivery. Please save your money and take your business anywhere else - been ordering from stepper and for 20 years with no issues.

Plus the fact they are pretty picky about what they take in - almost always assures you of getting great deals!
