I received an arrangement from my two daughters for Mother's Day and was surprised it was mainly filler. It is a round arrangement but the ' back'is just leather and those purple sticks. I have used Daisy for year when Kevin owned it. He obviously doesn't own it now. I had to turn the arrangement toward my chair in order to see it. Upon delivery, my mother's original flower order was incorrect. Afterwards, when my mom called the shop, they immediately sent out a SECOND flower arrangement as per the original request. This is excellent customer service. Very pleased with Daisy Flowers. We'll be back. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE This flowers shop is very unprofessional and seriously what happen to customer service??. I made an ordered for a Valentine's gift. Got it delivered a completely different one, nothing look like what I paid for. It looks cheap and ugly AND I got charged 70 something dollars for only 5 roses. When I called back to tell them that we got a diff rose delivered. The woman talked to me very rude and no apologies at all, she even blaimed and said to me"you ordered on the day that we so busy and we have 100s of delivery so things like this bound to happen. Just as long as we deliver you fresh roses" ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Is that how you talk to your customers?? I get charged almost $100 for 5 roses that's not even a Bouqet?? And no apologies. This is my go-to flower shop. I'm susprised (not pleasantly) to see previous negative reviews that had a bad experience becuase that has never been the case with me. I'm not one to actually plan in advance and as a result end up walking in the door last minute with no idea what I want or even how to ask for it. The staff there is patient and friendly and I always end up leaving satisfied. They have a large assortment of mixed bunches and are happy to make one up on the spot based on what you want and/or can afford. They almost always have gerber daisies (my wife's favourite) and sunflowers (my mom's favourite) which often makes it easier for me - with staff filling in the blanks when required. I'm often in-and-out in less than five minutes with a the perfect flowers at a resonable price. Hard to complain about that! read more

Received a floral arrangement for a funeral in my family. There were mainly very inexpensive flowers used with a poor colour arrangement. Much of the greenery and all of the gladiolus were dead by the next day. By two days most of the arrangement was dead, I received a replacement hand arrangement (which could not have equaled the price that was paid for the original arrangement) and there was a droopy flower in it when it arrived which was dead by the evening. Very disappointed and will never recommend or use this store again. read more

MISINFORMATION They provided me with COMPLETELY incorrect information on how to care for a bonsai tree I purchased from here. They told me it could be kept inside with only "a little bit of light" and needed to be watered "every two weeks" - THIS IS ALL WRONG. Had I followed their instructions, my plant would have died. I am surprised to see that there is any bad reviews for Daisy Flowers. I always go here for flowers. I don't order too much over the phone, I like seeing the different flowers and looking at some of the boutiques they pre-make ahead of time. They are always fresh and made up each morning. It's perfect for me. I never plan too far ahead. I find the staff at Daisy flowers are not pushy sales people, you are welcome to browse and won't feel the pressures of someone approaching you to try and make a sale. With saying that, if you go to the counter or simply say excuse me do you think you can give me a hand. They will give you their full attention. I even had a last minute delivery and had called another flower shop and they were rude and not accommodating. (Posno). I tried Daisy flower and within half hour the flowers were already sent out. I can not say enough good things about this florist. Those people that may have had a bad experience from Daisys, I would recommend giving them a chance to try and make it right. If you are looking for a florist that provides good quality fresh flowers with exceptional service then this is the place to order from! Through a misunderstanding my friend's flowers were left with a neighbour and she did not receive them until 4 days later. Daisy Flowers not only offered a very sincere apology to me, but they offered to send another bouquet. I told them that was not necessary but that I wanted to let them know what had happened. To my surprise they called my friend to apologize and then followed up by sending a second bouquet at no charge. My friend said the first bouquet is still lovely after several days and she was ecstatic to receive another bouquet. Absolutely HORRIBLE place!!! Stay away from buying/ordering from this store if you don't want your mood ruined for your special occasion. I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day called "Arrive in Style". It was supposed to come with pink roses and lilies. Instead, I was told at pick up (not when I ordered them!!) that those flowers were not available. I was given a few red roses (which have clear signs of weather exposure), white lilies BUDS (none blossoming) and lots of green leaves for filling. The arrangement looks like its hurriedly put together at the last minute and had zero resemblance to how it was seen on the website (I wish I can upload picture to the review so you can see for yourself). When I ask for a replacement I was told (quite rudely) that flower buds will last longer (of course everyone WANTS their flower to blossom 2 weeks after the special occasion, maybe I can give the same flowers to her for her birthday in April!!). A refund request was refused. Even if a refund was issued I would not be able to get flowers anywhere else at 7pm on Valentine's Day. In the end I was still charged the full price and left the in frustration!! I was offered no compensation for the terrible experience, NOT EVEN a simple apology!!! They are clearly not sorry about what happened at all because what do they care about the one customer never returning to their store ever again right? This place is a truly "Buyer be aware" place. Ordered "Make Me Blush - Dozen Long Stemmed Pink Roses" arrangement over the phone for our Daughter's 18 Birthday. Staff helpful and pleasant to deal with - actual arrangement delivered right on time to Western and it looked even better than in the picture on Daisy website!
