This store pretty much carries everything newborn babies and toddlers need, from strollers to toys, clothes and accessories. I love how big the store is, and it's very clean and organized. All of the staff wear masks and are polite and helpful. I also appreciate how they clean the check-out area after each transaction. The price tag on some of the products are higher than average, but not by a lot. There's also a clearance rack at the front of the store with really cute baby clothes. Even though the store is big, some areas and aisles are way too small and tight to allow for proper physical distancing. The parking lot outside is spacious. buybuy BABY is definitely a great store, and I'm looking forward to coming back and buying more things for my nephew!

I was sold an item that I was told very deliberately was 50% off, and because I purchased it with a number of other items I didn't notice until I arrived at home that I was charged full price. I was not able to come back in until the next week (we went away with the baby and family) and when I came back with the receipt I was told they couldn't do anything. No store credit. No return. No service. All of the other products that were exactly the same were marked 50% off and yet the "system" would not agree that my item was discounted. The difference in price that I was overcharged was $40! I know the retail world will often be able to do something like store credit. To be flat out refused when it was their mistake is unacceptable. Do not shop here- not only is it overpriced, apparently the staff will take advantage of you as well.

The building itself is an original flat-iron style building, which looks like it could easily play a starring role in any Hallmark movie. The owners have done a great job restoring it. This is a must-go for anyone visiting the Goderich area with children. They have a large clothing section with new and nearly-new items. I came here with a friend who was shopping for toddler clothes and she found some amazing pieces at great prices. They also have a maternity section, and lots of toys, books and unique gift ideas. Definitely a place to check out if you're in town.
