TERRIBLE!! I actually made them break down to me what I'm paying back that IS NOT on your contract. And trust I had to go round and round for this break down and when I asked for this policy in writing ITS NOT ITS ALL VERBAL. They charge you 10% for paying the loan back for you when you can actually mail off a check or money order to pay it yourself but they don't tell you that. Then they charge you 8% for the instant cash out if you borrow again whereas you can borrow again and wait 7-10 days for it. Here is the kicker they charge you all these fees for "convenience " but the P.O. Box for First Fin just happens to be in Dublin Ohio where CheckSmart home office is but they spin it to you like doing payback and instant cash is a convenience. THEY ARE THE SAME ENTITY! Lets add insult to injury my payback date is tomorrow but as I typed this they made a withdrawal for my payback a day early , so if I didn't happen to get early pay from my checking account id have a negative balance. CCF holdings board of trustees will hear from me. read more

I tell her I've been standing there at least 3 mins and she tells me "no you haven't I heard the door!" I can not tell you anything about the interest rate they pay on savings accounts or CD's or many of their other services. My dad has a checking and savings account with U.S. Bank. What I can tell you is about the atmosphere and the service at this nice little Bank in Ft. Thomas. When my dad enters the branch he receives a warm and friendly greeting of "hello Mr. Meier." There is a Christmas tree in the lobby and my dad is waited on within a minute or so. His last transaction included both putting in money and getting a certified check for a family gift. It was completed quickly and concluded with "happy holidays." On a table in the lobby there is always a bowl of hard candy that I can not resist. This time of the year they have holiday trivia questions. Did you know that the song "Sleigh Ride" was written as a Thanksgiving song. I suggest that you check out this branch for friendly financial and banking services.
