The whole staff worked as a team getting orders and making drinks. I started off with a tequila drink, The Salty Cholo. It was a perfect balance of tang, and was not too sweet. Our table locked in on the birria and bison lettuce wrap tacos, and there were no regrets. The best birria tacos anyone had had (we had a few connoisseurs). There were many raves about the sauce in the lettuce wraps as well. Rounding out the top 3 tacos was the carne asada with an absolutely killer tomatillo sauce that I could have put a straw in if I wouldn't be judged. Great spot faith plenty of seating and awesome vibes. Railspur is an absolute must when in Cheyenne!

Their card machine went down while we were there and I spoke with the owner while she was trying to fix it and I could really tell how much love she pours into this shop. She was so apologetic and talked about how stressed she was. She was very helpful and I appreciated how helpful she was especially when my grandma asked about a niche tea.

The avocado bagel came with a thin layer of watered down avocado spread on it, plus added seasoning. It was way too salty. I tried to scrape off the added seasoning and it was still too salty. I was expecting a fresh smashed avocado piled on the bagel with a little seasoning. The pizza bagel was just alright, not much flavor to the sauce, and not enough thin pepperoni slices to make a difference. The bagels themselves were good. Next time I would get a bagel with cream cheese instead. On a positive note the coffee drink was good!
