Food was hot !!! Made nicely and was exactly wat me a my family were looking for I will come back staff was nice and accommodating.

My first time ordering from this restaurant and my last . Charles was my doordash dasher he called doordash to report that from the meal deal I ordered the chicken bites weren't available. Customer service called to ask how I would like to receive my credit. When Charles the dasher arrived I thanked him for taking the time to call to have my credit processed. I noticed the fruity frozen strawberry slushie I ordered for my mom was half full. Today is a much cooler day than we have bren having this summer no triple digits . Charles , the dasher explained it melted and some did spill in his vehicle trying to keep the slushie upright. I called customer service and received a full credit for that drink. My review of the food received the burger was tiny kid size but it was juicy . I am not a fan of seasoned fries. The 5pc garlic parmesan wings were very tiny and wet . I don't like wet wings . I used the ranch dipping sauce on my fries . The best thing was the chocolate chip brookie dessert that I enjoyed . It was smaller than I expected. The food arrived room temperature but thank God I have a total credit of $13.22 to use on my next doordash order . read more

Went through drive thru order brisket melt combo and brisket combo upgrades too strawberry and chocolate shakes. So she put soft serve in the cups pouring strawberry and chocolate syrup on top the sandwich were made poorly and her attitude was just unreal she thru our receipts out the window and locked it she has been reported to corporate immediately seeming we where the only customers our food should of not have looked like that never again store #3198 5755 Jewella ave Keyterria was her name it was our first and last visit. read more

After driving 7 hours and getting to our air b&b my husband and I ordered checkers for the first time and it was horrible.. not only did we not get all of our order the fish sandwich was soggy and lettuce old and no cheese was added after I paid $50.. I have absolutely no clue why people give this place a low rating. Yes, it's in a sketchy neighborhood, but is that on them, no. I order DoorDash every time I'm in Shreveport. I'm a pretty picky person, but they're chicken strips are amazing and are hot when they show up. I've even went thru the drive thru. First time at Checkers! Drive thru only. Two lanes. Sketchy neighborhood. Service was slow and unfriendly. Food was ok, served hot, good for fast greasy food. The medium hot wings were hot enough. I had the misfortune of coming to this location today. Not only did I not get the food I wanted..I got attitude when I asked them to fix the one item in the bag that was inedible (I don't eat tomatoes never have). There was an additional burger in the bag which I hasn't ordered and had to pay for.. if you don't like working fast food or paying attention.. find a new job. Oh and asked for one churro fries at the window. was told to go back through the line because supposedly the line was long. Literally there was one car in each lane. They need to fix their attitudes and policies pronto. Never been to one until today. Will never come back to this location ever again.. good luck with the crappy attitudes and slow service. The food was delicious. My burger and fries were cooked perfectly. I got a number 4,which is a bacon and cheese single patty burger. My husband and I sat on the patio and enjoyed our meal. We will come back our next time in Louisiana. read more

While traveling, we decided to stop at Checkers #3320, right off the 220 Westbound bypass, on 8/27/2017 at 12:12 PM served by Destiny S. The purpose was that we wanted to try the physical location because of the frozen fries. BIG MISTAKE BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! We got 3 combos, 2 were Baconzilla burger came with uncooked bacon (still white like it was placed on heat and taken right off) and one missing an order of fries. So we returned and I told the lady that the bacon wasn't done. She immediately stated "the bacon is done , that's how we cook our bacon". So I stated again that the bacon was not done, that's it's still white. I asked for my money back and this crazy woman said that I couldn't get my money because the receipt had already been "stored". She than states that she could have the other lady cook me some more but it would be the same. So I asked for the manager and she tells me that she was the manager. I reiterated questionably that she was the manager because she spoke to me in a very rude attitude way from the beginning of this conversation. Destiny S. then tells me that they cook their bacon different, that they cook it on the grill and that's how it looks. I stated that I've cooked bacon on the grill before and it doesn't look like that. I wouldn't recommend this establishment unless you enjoy eating harmful raw pork.
