It wasn't a dealbreaker, but I've never seen that before. I picked up the food, and my friend and I ate right in the car in front of the restaurant. The inside was super lively--music, dancing, great energy. But when I bit into the burger, it was very pink inside--not well done. I took it back in, and they remade it with no problem. To my surprise, they even restocked my curly fries, which were awesome. The final burger was fantastic. Overall, great service, great atmosphere, and despite the initial hiccup, I'd definitely return--maybe even dine in and join the fun!

BW has won the last two years Burger Week so I had high expectations. Also looking at the menu, I will be certain to visit again as it had some awesome looking burgers listed. The Burger Experience The description promised a lot: a double 1/4lb burger on a toasted brioche bun, loaded with fried mozzarella, crispy bacon, sweet-smoky bourbon bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato. While the burger was definitely tasty it sadly missed  the mark as vibes didn't  match the promo photo or description. Maybe it was due to Burger Week Kitchen Fatigue, who knows but I hope the kitchen sees this review and steps up their presentation.  Comparing the promo shot to the actual burger was a big miss. The promo showed a perfectly architectural tower with massive onion straws, while the actual burger relied more on the fried mozzarella and bacon for bulk. It was a solid burger, but the kitchen missed the mark IMO. The Sides & Service The real star of the show might have been the Waffle Sweet Potato Fries. I asked for them to be extra crispy, and the kitchen nailed it--perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the service, it was just okay. It was a busy Saturday afternoon during a Burger Week so it was a packed house, so while it wasn't stellar, it was functional. In fact, the table next to use was seated after us, had more people 4vs2 and  they served and nearly finished before our food even arrived to the table. Final Verdict If you're in Norcross it's worth a stop to check out B&W based on the menu options but don't expect too much from the Burger Week Burger.

Everyone was happy with their orders and no one went home hungry that night. We found the employees to be friendly and the prices to be very fair as well. There is plenty of parking and it was a location that worked well for us. I wouldn't typically give a fast casual spot like this five stars, but it really delivered on everything we were looking for that evening. Thanks AB&BG!

The location was clean, there are only a few tables and bar seats, (no alcohal) there are several TVs playing different things (the guy at the counter turned on the Minecraft movie for my son while we ate!! Super nice. My oldest and I order the Gouda burger... and my youngest ordered the hot dog. All with fries. (Prices seemed a bit high but honestly it was more than worth it!) The food came out pretty fast... and it looked awesome! (See pictures) the Gouda burger has lettuce, tomato, onion, Gouda, bacon, and shoe string potato chips on top of a good sized black angus patty. This was maybe the best burger I have had since I moved to GA! How are people not swarmed all over this establishment eating here! This was amazing! It was "ohhhhhh my Goddie to dam Hottie!!!" The burger was juicy and packed with amazing flavor! The addition of the shoe strings grave it a crunch that I just loved! I didn't even put catchup on it... I ate it as they brought it... nothing added nothing removed. It was phenominal! My son's hit dog was huge.. and loaded with condiments... onion, tomato's, relish on a monster dog. He couldn't finish it. The fries need to be cooked in hotter oil so that they get crispy.. some were kinda crisp some were not and salt the fries! The fries were ok... but the burger more than made up for it! I'm telling you this is burger heaven! If you're looking for the best burger around head on over to the Burger Factory... I ordered the OMG burger with Gouda cheese, their special sauce, lettuce, pineapple, and bacon. I was particularly excited about the pineapple, expecting a bold, juicy bite to complement the savory flavors. Unfortunately, the pineapple was a small, underwhelming piece that lacked the sweetness I wanted. Overall, the burger was fine, nothing bad, but nothing memorable. It ended up tasting like a pretty standard burger despite the interesting ingredient of the pineapple and their special sauce. Definitely not something I'd go out of my way for or recommend excitedly about. However the fries were tasty! I went with the Parmesan Cajun spice option. They were well-seasoned without being spicy, and a solid side to the meal.

When I saw that there was a Lazy Dog location near the pickleball facility that we were hanging at all weekend, I suggested to the group that it may be a great place for dinner... (we were coming from nearby Life Time Fitness Peachtree Corners). We called ahead and they said they could seat us no problem. Our group of 7 went there on a Thursday night and had a good meal... there are plenty of options for kids, adults that want to eat healthy, and of course typical bar food too. We love how great the LD team is with splitting the bill up by family as well. During this visit, I went for a wedge salad to start along with the Mediterranean Chicken Bowl and I was happy with my selection. My son had a burger, fries and mac & cheese. Everyone else at the table was pleased with their selections too. It's worth mentioning that there is plenty of parking and the little shopping center where LD is located has plenty of other retail and restaurant options too. So, a couple of nights later, we returned... this time with a larger group of 18! Once again, we had a positive experience. I had a wedge salad and the salmon entree this time. Lazy Dog does offer a full bar, but our group didn't drink this time... we were having extremely long days of pickleball and needed to hydrate instead! I lovedd the smashburger and the fries were good too. This might be the best smash burger I've ever had. My friend loved her grilled club. I'd happily come back but would maybe try a different flavor shake (or an alcoholic slushie) and would hope the bathroom is cleaner. The milkshake was a good consistency but the flavor just wasn't my favorite. Tasted more like it had a whip cream kind of base than vanilla ice cream. Didn't have that crisp vanilla-ness. Hard to explain but if you love vanilla milkshakes you'd probably see what I mean if you tried it. The workers were courteous and our order came out in decent time. The booth we sat at was cool. I like the ambiance in the place. Location is nice, with it being in downtown Duluth. I will probably be back :)
