I used the ordering service through their website and put in my order for pickup. I walked into The Burger Spot and went to the cashier. My order was behind the counter and ready for pickup. My go to speciality burger is Swiss ($15.95). Swiss comes with swiss, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Burgers are served with fries. The burger was juicy and just the way I remember it to be. The fries are very crispy and the white sauce it comes with is very good. My husband ordered one of the specials, the Tamarind Cilantro Chicken Sandwich ($16.54). This sandwich is grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese, avocado, arugula, topped with homemade Tamarind cilantro salsa on ciabatta. The sandwich was also served with a side of fries, but you can substitute it for others like he chose 1/2 Sweet Potato / 1/2 Onion Rings for $2.07 more. There were only a few onion rings, but they are big. The sandwich was packed with flavors. The Burger Spot is the spot for burgers and fries. My go to N/A beer for drinking at home has been Athletic Brewery N/A beer but I had a Clausthaler once before at the American Hotel Bar in Sayville and Clausthaler is a good flavorful N/A beer.
