A little disappointed that this is the lowest rating I can give :/. The fries being one of the spotlight items were terrible. No crisp. Terrible flavor. Seasoning tasted worse than cow manure. I haven't showered in 3 weeks and my hair has less grease than this food. The one star I'm giving is because at least my drink was covered in grease. Don't even wanna bring up the fact that there's no indoor seating what so ever. I was excited to try this place for the first time and I can be sure when I say I won't be going back. For "fast" food this is my spot considering I don't even eat fast food. Their baconzilla hits the spot waaay better compared to a baconador from Wendy's. Their fries are tasty too. I've heard good things about their warm cinnamon apple pies :) read more

I don't even know where to begin with this place, i was so excited for a nice checkers burger. So we get there and go to place our order and we waited for like 5 minutes just at the mic because they said hold on. So we order and get to the window there we wait 25 minutes no exaggeration through a "shift change" finally we get our food is it's all cold and the order isn't correct. At this point we have already been here about 30 minutes so we just count our losses and leave. People aren't wearing mask, the 2 cooks are coming out the back door smoking black and milds just having a great time and chatting. Horrible experience I'm very let down. I'll be contacting someone in regards to the mask mandate and them handling people's food. Disgusting. I decided to get food for myself and three kids on my way back home from an appointment. Took forever to order my food. After I received my bag of food and drove 15 min home to find out they did not get my all of my food. Me and my son (who was with me) were eating on the way home. So now I have to choose to slit the food between the two so they can just be just under hungry or which one wont eat. Super pissed!!!! Screw this place! This Rally's location has got to be the worst Rally's in history. No matter the time of day, their drive thru is ridiculous. Super long wait times for simple things like a Rally burger. Several people in my household have gotten sick from eating food from this particular location. The staff is unprofessional and talk to you like they're having the most miserable day of their lives every time we go there. They are forever out of even some of the most basic things. Burgers are almost always messily put together and rarely stay together when you try to eat them. Only thing that is acceptable here are the fries and their apple pie. There are very few options in the late hours here in Gary so they always have business. Save yourself the hassle, headache and food poisoning, avoid this place like the plague. read more

Then finally when someone noticed it was a car at the mic a Man rudely said what can I get you like I was interrupting what he had going on. Rally's food is the s---! Especially the fries and for the most part, I don't even like fries. Burgers are good, chicken sandwiches are good. I might have given this Rally's a five star review but, their service is less than stellar. This Rally's is a drive thru only so don't plan on eating in. read more

This place absolutely sucks. My family and i stopped here from out of state because we don't have it in our area. The staff managed to be rude and disrespectful, get our simple order wrong, forget a drink, and gave us no sauce. The food wasn't cooked enough or modified to our small specifications. Horrible service. I went through the drive through two days ago to get a number one combo and the beer battered fish. The burger was cold and so was the fish. I was given one onion on my burger despite asking for extra and they forgot to give me my fries with my burger combo. The cashier was unprofessional and seemed annoyed by me just asking for service. The service is TERRIBLE, all the tables are outside which is really unfortunate during winter season. The food is not bad but it could be improved, the fries are the best in Indiana. Just left this location. So disappointed with EVERYTHING, I don't know where to start, but I'll start somewhere. First, I should have taken the extra time to travel to another place to eat or to another Rallys. Second, the customer service was HORRIBLE. We placed our order and had a question about the food, the person got mad because we asked a question. She gave me a total. When I got to the window to pay, she gave me a totally different total amount. When I said something about it, she spoke with an attitude. She passes two bottles of water out the window with so much dirt and gunk on it. It looked like they pulled the bottles of water from outside next to the plants. I asked for her to get a new bottle, she closed the window, opened the window and tried to give me the same DIRTY bottle. So, I told her to just clean the bottle please. Pulled off, and of course, the order was WRONG. I should be the one with the attitude. But that is ok, I'll just right a review. I WON'T be back and shame on management for having a terrible, unhappy, unfulfilled worker who takes out her problems on others. read more
