Ordered different flavored shakes and they all tasted the same - vanilla. Service was horrible. We used coupons. Had 5 people with 5 coupons. Wanted to place five different orders. They would only let us do it if we parked and walked up to the window. So we had to leave the drive thru and park and they literally handed me all the shakes in a carrier. Couldn't have handed them to me through the drive thru window? Ridiculous. I thought we might go back someday to buy food but no thanks! read more

3 1/2 stars! As fast food goes, this is one of my favorites. Stopped in recently for a 5 wing combo, medium buffalo, with seasoned fries. I had to wait several minutes for my order, they let me know in advance it would take that long to cook the wings from scratch. The wings were well cooked, nice and crunchy, with plenty of sauce (and served in a to-go container that corralled all the sauce.). It turns out that their buffalo medium is a bit spicier than the average restaurant's buffalo medium, and along with the slightly spicy fries (nicely crispy, great flavor), well, it was too much for my Midwestern palate. I'll be back, but I'll try one of their milder sauces (they have five sauces total, including a hot buffalo.) read more

Food is the same, hot and good. We ordered from Grub Hub 50 bucks worth or fries and hot wings. Checkers listen, PLEASE put ketchup and ranch in the freaking bag. When people order several large fries, you put ketchup in the bag. This should be common practice. read more

If you ever want to disturb someone's day this must be the place to go. Anytime I go there at night it's as if you are just a bother to them. You're cutting into their time if playing on the phone or smoking pot. From the minute you get to the window you're a bother. Windows being slammed in your face, no hello, please, thank you, nothing. I went to go pick up an online order, which they had plenty of time to prepare before I arrived, I pull up to the pick up window and I sit there for 20 minutes before someone even says anything to me. Multiple times the employees looked me in the eye and not once did they come and ask me who I was picking up for, not even a hello, it's not hard to open a window and say something even if the order isn't ready. read more

This place was horrible! I stopped to get drinks for myself and 2 passengers. We got in line on the left side because one of the passengers wanted to pay. This was at 3:22. There were 3 cars in the right order side, none in ours. We were told immediately to "hold on", no welcoming greeting at all. Two cars on the other side ordered and drove forward. I said "hello" to the speaker and was again told to "hold on". Two more cars went through on the other side. After being told to "hold on" yet again, we left. I will definitely NOT be returning to this Checkers. Ever. read more

Double check your receipts ---ordered a 2 for $3.33 chicken sandwich ---the cashier rings up the more expensive 2 for $4.44 chicken sandwich....over charging you. Then they give you the cheaper sandwich. I wonder what happens to the extra money? I called the number on the bag receipt which does not detail the item pricing and NO ONE ANSWERS --waste of time. We eat at Checkers often- mostly on Sunday because of the 99 cent menu. I can feed my family for $10 The fries are always piping hot and better tasting than other places. Yes, the drive through speaker is hard to understand. Many times I have to repeat myself and check the bag before I leave the window. The people are friendly and make it right. read more
