Worst place to buy a car ever! They sold me a 2016 Kia Sedona full of stop leak, and a blown head gasket. The car ran for 24 hours before over heating. They refused to take it back. I took it to a mechanic like they said to and the mechanic informed me of the lovely mess I have that's going to cost a fortune to fix! I paid $5500 cash for absolutely nothing! Thanks checkered flag!!! And now you're trying to act like you did not sell me a van that was full of stop leak and a blown head gasket. I found a mechanic I trusted finally which was your suggestion. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. I cannot find a dealer that will take your " warranty ". That vehicle has sat since I purchased it and it over heated. I followed all your suggestions and so far I'm still without a vehicle. That I should have been able to license that week because it came with an inspection and emissions. I hope your mechanic isn't bluffing those too. read more

This place sold me a complete lemon, had multiple hose leaks and was rigged with plastic tubes, epoxy, random nuts and screws. It would never pass inspection had I not spend over 500$ avoid this place at all costs. Plus transmission leaks, these guys are the worst dealership. read more

I was looking all over for my son's very first car and have dealt with a lot of terrible dealers That try and add fake ridiculous dealer fees and honestly just tried to play games but this place was very forthcoming and very assertive to what we needed. I highly recommend this dealer for anyone. They have very nice cars on their lot but also affordable cars. They definitely work with you to get you what you need. My son got a beautiful Jeep Cherokee.. With a little elbow grease...it's an amazing car. They gave me a great rate which is hard to get right now. They had us in and out and got right to the point. Super shady dealership. The engine in our vehicle was "replaced" without any paperwork proving so. They care more about you spending money than buying a car that will last you a while. They put together the engine to make it look nice but in reality it's plastic tubing that your fluids are going through. BUYER BEWARE. The parking is awful as well. read more

Went to look at a car here. Would not show me the Carfax, said "It would be too much money if we ran a Carfax on every car we had." This is simply not true, as any reputable dealership will have a one time or yearly payment with Carfax to run unlimited VIN numbers. Their cars come with a warranty, but only at their mechanic, and you still will have to pay half of the bill. I would not recommend buying a car from this lot. The cars may look good from the outside with their detail & steam cleaned engines. However, there could be major problems hidden within the car...that you have no way of knowing about. Gave 2 stars because the gentlemen that owned the place were nice, their business practices--not so much. read more

Bought a 20,000 GMC Sierra 10 months ago. Just put it on a lift to rotate the tires and was told the frame was about to crack. It was rusted and had been painted over. These people are not reputable. They sold it to me as having passed inspection. It cannot pass inspection now! It is dangerous to drive. Be very wary of this business. They do not stand by their products. NEVER again. This whole trip there was a complete waste of time! Even after I did my credit application online. I was quoted one price over the phone, then when I got there, the price changed. Not to mention, on the test run I kept smelling gas! And I asked the sales man if he smelled it, of course he didn't..... The time I was there I felt like they were smothering me and watching my every move. Then, I didn't like the way they spoke in their middle eastern language when they said something they didn't want u to hear. The financed price was a TOTAL RIP OFF and there was no option to pay it off early and save on the ridiculously high interest. Checkered Flag Auto is not a trustworthy auto dealer. Within 15 minutes of my colleague taking his newly purchased truck off their lot, it caught fire on the interior floor and then under the hood. Checkered Flag refused to acknowledge any fault for what should have been a certified and inspected truck, which I find to be unbelievably unprofessional. read more

WARNING Do not come here!! I came here early December in hopes of financing a car for my fiancée for Christmas WRONG I came here all the way from jersey in hopes to drive off the lot with the car the same day. Everything went great with the deal even though they forced the deal through so I could get accepted and raised the price of the car two thousand more then originally what it was listed for okay weird but I didn't sweat it I kept through with everything. I couldn't take the car the same day because I didn't have insurance OKAY that's fine. Attempted multiple insurance agencies trying to get this car insured with full coverage because of course you can't drive off the lot without it. none would give me a low quote no matter what I tried. Okay that's my problem but the problem with these guys are I attempted to come in to them that next Saturday morning (couldn't make it all the rest of the week because I am a working individual and I work 12 hour shifts throughout the week so only chance i do get IS Saturday mornings when I can come with some one else) when I came in on this particular morning I spoke with the female at the front desk telling her that the insurance companies weren't really giving me any low rates. She was really not having it she wanted the deal to go through so bad she jumped the gun telling me don't bother talking myself out the deal because it's already done and my deposit wasn't refundable!! Told me if I didn't want to pay for the full price of the car (over 15000 for a 2006) then buy the car out full price before the term is up. Okay that's not what I came for I literally came to tried to improvise another option since i wanted the car so badly) I was already skeptical about these guys but this made it even worse! So I drove all the way back home after she told me that her insurance guy can come up with a better insurance quote for me okay that's fine. Called me later that day to tell me they found a better quote deal I was perfectly okay with that!!! That insurance company told me I couldn't have TWO different agencies so I attempted to add my other two vehicles under that policy but that didn't work either the price went up wayyy too much for my budget. So with what she told me stuck in my head I continued to search for insurance as low as I could get it but NO LUCK. It took time because I really don't get free time to do anything so i searched with what little time I had. I attempted texting these guys about my deposit and calling NO ANSWER. I never drove off the lot with the car and never read anything stating my despot wasn't refundable and yet they still don't want to give me MY MONEY back. I was already skeptical about these guys because they LIED on my application to tell the bank I had another job to get me approved. Probably LIED to the insurance company for me to get a low quote. Called me allll throughout the day while I was at work working 12 hour shifts 5+ days a week asking me to get the info for the car. They have you sign papers stating if anything go wrong you can't take them to court!! Really I never heard of that before I should of walked out when I seen that part!!! But still me being young and not knowing much about car lots came here and got ROBBED for my hardworking money and they are just getting away with it !! And all I want is my deposit back !!! They don't care about your situation all they car about is gettin the deal through !!! Paid cash for a work vehicle for my husband. Similar to other reviewer, told us the car was perfect. Battery died after a week. Took 2 months to get the title. Wouldn't pass inspection because o2 sensors were bad and check engine light was literally CUT OUT of the dash (guessing so they didn't have to fix it). They said to get it fixed and they would pay for it. The price I was quoted by the dealer was high so I double checked with them since I didn't want to lose my money. They said to bring it back (I already paid $80 at the dealer to have it checked out and they wouldn't refund that for me. Brought it to them. They said their mechanic "drove it around" for 4 days and it drove fine. Obviously you can't "see" that O2 sensors are bad. Told me it passed PA inspection (we live in NJ) which was 20x better then NJ inspection so it would pass NJ. Took it to NJ and it failed again since their "mechanic" simply reset the codes thinking they wouldn't come back up. They said they weren't doing anything for me. I should be happy that I got a "perfect" car (claimed there still wasn't anything wrong with it, guess I made up all of the failed inspection paper work up???) for "nothing" ($3000 cash) and stop complaining and take car of the "LITTLE" (quoted $1000 for the repairs) amount of work it needs. I mean, what with it being "perfect" and all. They also proceeded to scream at me over the phone because I asked if they reset the codes when they found nothing wrong with it (which they did) for about 15 minutes saying how they wouldn't ruin their reputation over a measly $3000 and they are honest (total BS!). They are con artists and will do anything to sell a POS car. Not to mention their customer service skills are rather....well, just missing. Now we are out money and had to deal with the aggravation of nasty sales men/ owners. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You are better off getting a car from a junk yard, at least there you are told it's junk. read more
