After playing phone tag with my former employer for well over an hour, she was able to get verification of the check but no thanks to my former employer. I've never experienced such dedication, excellent customer service and a joyous attitude in my life. Chassidy is the standard that other companies need to model their employees after. She was nonstop in her pursuit to get me taken care of and I'm very grateful as a customer. This helps to restore my faith in what true customer service is suppose to be. It was one of the first check cashing places that said it was open till 6pm on a weekday. I called them to make sure they would be open they said they would be until 6pm. I got there at 5:30 and they were closed with no one in sight. I thought it was a coincidence so I tried again to. Their weekend hours posted reflect closing time at 4:00pm. I got there at 3:50pm they were closed and door locked. The worker had actually walked out 1 minute before I parked. He was sitting in his car and I let my window to ask him why they closed early and he put up the index finger to indicate "one sec" needless to say he never let the window down. I've given multiple chances for this company to honor their hours posted and they have failed both times. I personally wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
