We went to close out an account after death of a member, as beneficiaries, and the man who took care of us was horrible. He took documents of ours, disappeared, and he never explained anything to us, gave us a cashiers check and that was it. We also went to Dearborn federal Credit union and the scenario was so different. We were brought into a private room, everything explained to us, talked us through options, and we even decided to keep some money here. WOULD NEVER go back to Michigan legacy again, as very long term members- horrible unprofessional staff and utter disrespect for members. SAY YES to Dearborn Federal Credit Union.
