My friend made a phone call to this place to find out the qualifications to obtain a loan today…read more And the young lady that answered the phone does not need to work on customer service I can tell by her tone and condescending attitude that she displayed on the phone that it would not be a good advisement for anybody to get in any type of business with her she single-handedly ruining this company. I understand they all are franchises but this is one franchise that I would not franchise with until customer service change because right now I'm at a vulnerable point and I'm trying to ask for assistance but her attitude will make me stay at my vulnerable point and not even want to do business with anybody. Part 2 curiousity killed the cat I just left this location and the that lady is really crazy and rachet her hair clothes matches her attitude. She got mad because she hung up on me 3 times and I didn't let her lie on me to my face and said I wasn't getting any of (her money) as she waved her middle fingers in the air saying next time don't hang up. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY OR YOULL LOOSE ALOT OF BUSINESS wish I could've recorded this but the phone conversation is corporate needs to look into this
