Today this location on Van Dyke was my choice since I had 2 other errands in this area. My other Genisys credit union when I need cash quick or other business, is on Gratiot near 22 1/2 Mile Road. The drive-thru here is always nice to use since its covered with an overhang when it's raining or snow in the winter and no matter what employee helps you at the drive-thru they know their job and they're very pleasant. Also the ATM cash to go is a part of that covered area. Today I went inside to say Hi to Terri the manager who I've known for many years when she was at the location on Romeo Plank near Shields Pizza at 23 Mile Rd. So Sad that location had to move over here to Van Dyke. All the clerks that work in the center area of this credit union are helpful, friendly, fast at their jobs. Today I saw Alexandra. There are usually 3 supervisors in offices that can assist you with an account opening, low rates on several loans, Christmas Club, youth account, and very low interest rates especially on Visa credit card. They are very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and can assist you with your financial questions, or how to save money with different interest earning plans. Check out the Genisys Credit Union website. I pay my bills online with bill payment, which is easy to use every 2 weeks. My statements get emailed, don't have to deal with lost documents in the mail. I have been member for many years along with 5 accounts $$
