It started rebooting over an over again. We called their customer service and she logged everything on a recorded line. Told us to call Bay FED in the morning if we don't see any sign of our cash deposit. I called Bay Fed this morning and a very nice lady said she will open a claim and everything will be OK. Sure enough! It was! The provisional credit is there tonight so I can pay the property taxes tomorrow! So thank you.

First I was told I needed to keep $1000 in my savings account so I immediately transferred $1000 into my savings account and continued getting the "fee deduction" - $15 monthly fee from my checking account in June-October. I've messaged Bay Fed via email FIVE times through the app, and returned to the branch TWICE in person to find out how to avoid the fee. In June I was told "oops it needs to be $1000 in your checking account not savings". What?! So I immediately transferred to $1K over to checking in June 2022. Monthly fees continued. I'm now owed $45. My last message sent to them on Saturday has not received a response yet. Frustrating. Also, hold firm on your loan quote from them.

Although I do not agree that 3+ months should be considered an appropriate amount of time, if that's your policy, then it was my mistake for choosing this institution. I just know that once we asked to speak to the supervisor (which we were never sent the information for as they had promised) did they start working on our file. Maybe letting prospective clients what to expect should be something that should be taught to your representatives to let your clients know up front. Ridiculously long waiting time due to the fact that there's almost always only one teller open (you…read morewill be lucky if there's two), even if you see two or three more people behind the counter just walking back and forth doing nothing. I had to wait in line almost forty minutes just to cash my paycheck. The one teller finishes with a customer and just disappears to the back room, not caring if there's fifteen or twenty people in line, which is normally how it is. It seems like they don't give a hoot about people's time, and it feels like they want to make your day miserable. I'm pretty sure they can afford to hire one or two more tellers, it's a big bank!
