Then ask you to come in because of a mess up and ask you for the money upfront after saying it was coming out of the return! Daniela who worked in the sullivan location on 020119 10am was incredibly rude to everyone. She didn't want to open at 10am and chased off a couple who showed up with us. We worked with Andrea the other girl there and she was clueless and couldn't find our paperwork. Daniela started to help her and I said, "it's in two separate folders." Daniela states rudely, "we'll find it." I would never recommend this company to anyone!

My name is Carmie Anglin. My husband and I moved to Franklin County in 2006 in 2010 we were…read morestopped for traffic due to road construction on hwy I-44. A tractor trailer ran into the back of us pushing us sideways and then hit our Dodge Caravan again on the drivers side. My husband was driving and I was in the passenger seat. After the first hit I turned to see what hit us. All I could see was the huge grill of the truck squarely in our back window. There was absolutely no damage to my side of the car at all. The backend of our caravan and the drivers side were totally demolished. I hurt my back and was sent to the hospital on a back board. My husbands foot and ankle turned solid black all the way up above the ankle bone. A shard of glass was stuck in his head causing him to bleed a lot. He said the doctor laughed when removed his shirt because practically all the glass from his window came pouring out of his clothing all over the floor. When we went to give our statements we were not represented very well and infact one of the attorneys from our previous company actually fell asleep and started snoring while we were giving our statements. We were coerced into settling out of court for much less than we should have received. But what made me really angry was the fact that they insisted that my husband was partially at fault. That was not at all possible we were at dead stop with orange cones to the left side of us and cars in front of us. At the scene of the accident a witness said that the driver said he didn't see us. His story changed when he spoke to the policeman. The truck driver said we cut him off. How could we have cut him off? We were stopped in the slow lane. There was no damage to my side of the car. The only damage to the truck was the passenger side fender. The policeman never took my or my husbands statements and he didn't get the name of the witness at the scene. I spent several days in the hospital and several months in therapy. I now have to deal with painful arthritis in my back all the time even after 9 years. Needless to say we dropped that company like a hot potato. A friend told us about a very honorable agent who was with State Farm in Sullivan Mo. We went to see him and put our car and our house with him. He is a very dedicated and honorable man who is very kind. He was very patient at answering our all our questions very clearly so that even I could understand them. He made us feel very comfortable and confident that he would represent us in the best possible way if we would need him to. Also our house was hit by a storm and our roof and siding was damaged. He very quickly filed our claim and our house was repaired in no time. My husband passed away 5 years ago. We were not blessed with children and I am a 70yr old woman left all alone. I am so grateful for Mike Burch. God bless him. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me in anyway he can. Before my husband passed away we bought an RV and were waiting for it to be shipped. My husband passed while we were waiting. The only thing I knew is you had to have insurance. Again I went to Mike Burch and again he very patiently helped me explaining clearly what I needed and why I needed it. He got me all set up. I feel very safe knowing that he is taking care of me. Crystal the young lady that works with him is also very kind and helpful to me too.when Mike is unable to be there. For the record I promise that I'm not related to Mike and my husband and I never even heard of him before our accident in 2010. But besides being a great agent I also consider him a good friend. I would given him a rating100 stars if they had that many. He is definitely1st rate in my book!
