I thought everything was going just fine until I received a closing statement. I had some questions--something pretty minor in comparison to the entire process of closing on the house. However, the business owner wouldn't return my phone calls! I don't know why a business wouldn't return customer's phone calls?? IMHO that's like very basic customer service. Why not one star? Well, just because they did their job and our house was sold. I am now cleared of all debt for which I am grateful. I just felt they could've been more courteous and took better care of their customer. It gave me a distinct impression that they really didn't care about their customers as long as they made their money. Too bad!
