What an experience! BLUF: It left a bad taste in my mouth dealing with this outfit. I recently sold our house, and this company was designated as the closing agent. I thought everything was going just fine until I received a closing statement. I had some questions--something pretty minor in comparison to the entire process of closing on the house. However, the business owner wouldn't return my phone calls! I don't know why a business wouldn't return customer's phone calls?? IMHO that's like very basic customer service. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied by the way they conducted business. They lacked common courtesy and customer service. For that reason, I'm leaving this business only two stars. Why not one star? Well, just because they did their job and our house was sold. I am now cleared of all debt for which I am grateful. I just felt they could've been more courteous and took better care of their customer. It gave me a distinct impression that they really didn't care about their customers as long as they made their money. Too bad! read more

Best Title company in the Waynesville/St Robert hands down!! The staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to get your home sold! Compared to other title companies in the area, they do thorough research for each property and take pride in their work. They have found encroachment errors, corrected other companies waived marital rights from divorces with the property, and they have found any liens against the property that other companies have overlooked. My husband and I have purchased and sold many properties over the years, attempting to work with this company has been by far the Worst experience we have ever had. They are rude, fail to communicate, fail to return calls, then basically lie and say they have been trying to reach you. It has just been a horrible experience that I hope no one else has to go through. read more
