The app will randomly lock me out of my account for days or months at a time. One time the app locked me out for so long that when I called to ask they told me that my account was locked and I had to make a new password to access it. this app does not work well with cash app I have tried to get my money from cash app into my account multiple times but it keeps telling me my password and username are wrong for my banking info. when I turn 18 I will definitely be switching banks.

So i go to the branch on halls ferry i go to the desk to tell them i was going to make a big…read morewithdrawal they told me to go to the atm machine i said are you sure then i told them how much i was taking out(reason i am saying them is because the manager was involved in the conversation after the teller told her i was withdrawing alot of cash ) she said that much is in the machine i walk over to the machine out identification on scanner and hit button to have transaction on screen young lady answered she said hello i said hi i then told her what i was taking out and who told me to come over to the atm she said there isn't that much money in the machine you should go back to the desk i then told her i went there first she said hold on screen went black she came back with an attitude she said how much i told her how much let me stop m here reason i wanted it done at the desk is so they could count it and i could stand up and block a person's view of the cash being counted and as a security function, now back to her she then told me i have dealt with you before do you want another teller i said "i want my money thats all"so i asked would i have to to count it she said i would if i was you so the machine put out three different drops in hundreds i just put it in my pocket and walked out of that branch ,,,, my main concern was what if a senior citizen came in alone and this happened to them and some one saw this and followed them this is where true customer service comes in in other banks at least and i mean at least most banks would not tolerate this !!! From the entrance to my exit all at that branch that day was so sad and i got so upset thinking suppose they have someone get hurt or killed for their lack of compassion when help was simply asked for. We dropped our taxes off and my lovely wife called last week(the week before being due on Monday)…read moreto see if they were done yet and the response was of the nature of "no, but we'll certainly call you when they are". She wanted me to call middle of last week, and I hate it when I get bugged about whether something is done yet while I am working on it, it makes it take longer as I have to stop and have a discussion on it instead of getting it done. Thus I refrained. Finally yesterday afternoon I called, after all taxes had to be post marked yesterday. I received the same response "no, but we'll certainly call you when they are, but I'll check anyway". The pleasant person came back on the phone and proclaimed "yes they were done and we have tried to call several times", so I went in to pick them up. We both have cell phones with working voicemail, so I am sorrily not putting much stake in this claim of calling either of us several times. One thing I noticed was a penalty we were being charged by the IRS for having to pay more taxes, ie: underpaying throughout the year. I asked about this and the lady proclaimed "a payment plan can be setup with the IRS". I did not ask about a payment plan, I asked about being charged a penalty for having to pay more taxes, but this was a bit of a tell. The amount owed was substantial, but I did not ask about that, so why bring it up when asked about a penalty? This kind of weighs on me that, they never called, I had to call and basically take care of all this last minute. Was this intentional, was someone being funny? I can see the humor in holding onto a tax return until a few hours prior to it having to be postmarked to stick it to someone who maybe isn't prepared, doesn't have the financial standing, or whatever, and it was a substantial amount, and they tried calling several times and my wife's voicemail was not working. Her voicemail worked for other people calling her. As much as I appreciate their sense of humor, but if being funny was their intention they obviously do not know me very well. The thing that I find humor in now is that I will never use Omer Tax Accounting again and will be more than happy to NOT recommend them to anyone. I recall dealing with Nancy Omer many years ago and she was awesome, very helpful, and very knowledgeable....
