That manager Randy is such a unprofession, mean, condescending and disrespectful man. Today he made me never want to come into that place of business again! I watched him allow another customer sit in the front for 20 mins while the other young lady Trenis do my loan to then have her to stop what she was doing to now call the other customer to come back where he was. Now it's already 5:15 Trenis is trying to finish me up then another lady walks in. The lady was waiting on Randy and he sat in the back talking to the lady he had for another 20 min about tattooes instead of working getting done and helping the other customer. The customer kept asking could he help her but Randy never stopped talk and showing off his tattooes. Once Trenis was done with me it was 530 he was still talking and showing picture I walked out and shock my head. To me he wasn't that busy to not do the customers loan he was showing her she wasn't going to rush his conversation like she was as important. I just thought that was wrong but I hear he always do people like that. He just showed me proof.

I am glad I was able to payoff my debt there so I don't have to deal and hear about the (Reminder payments) phone calls 3 times a day every day specially now in this time with COVID 19 knowing how many people lost there jobs including my self they were not near to understand the situation and all they were good at saying was: " we understand but we need you to cough up with your payment now" I not saying to forgive a payment but at least be more consider about what everyone it's going trough and find some other words" to use when you need to ask for a payment. I have been ok with one or two tellers and the extended wait times because they were always polite and gave good customer service. That all went out the window when they fraudulently went into my account and removed $576.87. Called me THREE weeks later and said that the pesos that they sold me.....they no longer used, first they said they were not good....then they backed tracked (as any liar would) and said they just don't carry denominations that big. SO it took u three weeks to figure out they were no good. But they were good when u gave them to me. They were further good when I traded them back in for American dollars. It took another two weeks to tell me that u went into my account. Now if I would have jumped behind the counter and taken my money back you would have had every police municipality in the bank. SO - now you have the pesos and my American money - and it is going to take you 30 days to figure out what happen and to replace my money. KNOW this - I am retired and I can sit in court with you until eternity....I dare you rob an elderly disabled minority. This is not going to work out nicely for you in court. Then at the end of the day - you will ultimately lose cause whenever this is resolved ALL OF MY LIFE SAVINGS are coming out of there.
