This is the second time that I have done business with Matt. The first time was May of 2010 when I purchased my first home. The closing went smoothly and Matt was always there to answer my many questions. Last month I refinanced my home. I was nearing my closing date with another mortgage company and after three meetings I still wasn't given a good faith estimate. That's when I called it quits and looked for a new broker online. I found some competitive rates and low fees, but I really wanted a local rep and Matt was one of very few advertised with a very competitive offer. I called him right away and was given a quote over the phone immediately (By Matt personally). He was up front, honest, quoted the rate, the fees, and explained things very well. Cannot say enough good things about Matt. I'm a first time home buyer and was very inexperienced with the entire process.
