The app will randomly lock me out of my account for days or months at a time. One time the app locked me out for so long that when I called to ask they told me that my account was locked and I had to make a new password to access it. this app does not work well with cash app I have tried to get my money from cash app into my account multiple times but it keeps telling me my password and username are wrong for my banking info. when I turn 18 I will definitely be switching banks.

Farmers and Merchants is a fantastic hometown bank. They have been apart of our St. Clair community…read morefor over 100 years! They help our town whenever possible. FMB has first responder dinners every year, they have customer appreciation banquets for their customer, they participate in any festivals or events held on Main Street, they are always the first to donate to any fundraiser, they put together a program that funded our new electronic school sign, which looks very nice and they have some of the nicest employees. We have 3 banks in St. Clair currently and FMB is the ONLY bank that puts this much time and money into its town. The new location they are building is top notch, a great addition to St. Clair! My favorite part is when I walk into FMB, it's kinda like I'm walking into Cheers, where everyone knows my name. If you have any issues here, they will quickly address your concerns. Unfortunately they have guidelines and regulations to follow just like any bank. Don't get upset if they can't help you but I promise they will if they can!
