Asked if I can open an account and was told "no can do" - they are too slammed and everyone is booked due to call offs. This is not even a request that requires an appointment. Pretty sure the guy with whom I spoke was a manager, he turned me away and then proceeded to stand around doing nothing. Seriously, there is no one in the bank and you can't open an account for me? Going to elevate this to someone who might possibly care at JPM/Chase. Abysmal customer service.
