Cynthia has a nasty attitude and refused to cash a check. She said that I needed my tax return to cash it and proceeded to say why did I sign it. I said I signed it before I got out of the car. She pre judged me and then proceeded to say why didn't I do mobile deposit. I just left because you are somebody grandma you think I'm gone come with a fake check and hand you my drivers license while on camera. read more

For example, our debit card number was stolen but the problem was resolved with no cost to us for the charges and we had new debit cards in hand the next morning. Cash-back and fee-free checking ftw. The interest rate on the account could be higher (.05 is definitely not competitive). Of course BofA used to charge fees left and right, and I don't remember any interest or cash back from them. Seriously, I see all these rotten reviews and I couldn't have had a more opposite experience with this CU.

Then when I checked the name after I left, it was a guy that did it but the stamp's name was "Yolanda". Strike 2. Then the fake notary didn't even fill it out correctly (Strike 3) and when I called the next day to talk to "Yolanda" they didn't even know who I was asking for, and I had to say..."your notary.."
