They seem to choose X-rays as their go to for sending insufficient billing statements to insurance knowing they can bill you a higher amount and if you dispute the bill, good luck getting an understandable billing statement from them! They don't care, they can just sell your bill to a collection agency anyway. Then the assistant greets you and gives you outstanding customer service plus explains the procedures before Dr Talbott greets you. After X-rays, he begins explaining to you his opinion of the condition of your teeth or tooth. If you accept the treatment, then afterwards he escorts you to the front desk and offers you his personal card with all the numbers to be able to reach him in case of any problems. I have been a patient for 20 yrs with unfortunately many visits. His treatments are so extraordinarily great with great workmanship. I've never had issues with visiting Dr Talbott. If you want a phenomenal Dentist and Trustworthy treatment, Dr Talbott is the man you need to see. He has saved many of my teeth as my own personal experience.
