I was a competitive runner for most of my life and my hips have always had issues along with my upper neck. Most of the chiropractors that I used in the past only made temporary pain relief. Dr. Rob is the first one who actually does what my body needs and he gives me exercises and suggestions on how to keep the pain from returning. I never feel rushed out of his office, he takes the time to make me feel very well taken care of. His staff is amazing as well, they are always so friendly and welcoming. When I have to bring my two year old along, they shower her with stickers and help keep her occupied while I am in session. Honestly, I can't rave enough about this office and staff. I saw PA Matt Walk - he was wonderful! Very nice, professional, thorough, and patiently explained everything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - from checkin, X-ray, through checkout. Lexie and another of the medical assistants were also great! My cast was very thick and difficult to cut off. And although I hope to never see them again - I highly recommend!

There was very significant progress and I gained confidence. Everyone I worked with was very pleasant, fun and helpful. After about two months - I was "graduated" from the Physical Therapy Balance Center part of the gym - I was very sad not to go anymore. I then did the "BODY Q" evaluation in the regular part of the gym. After having a BODY Q Evaluated - I started "working" in the gym with one of their "Trainers". Again, after a couple of weeks I increased from 1X wk to 3X wk as I could tell that it worked much better to have someone there to be sure I was doing the activity correctly for me and also he was constantly adjusting my workout and encouraging me to push safely way beyond what I would have done by myself. I have made wonderful progress! I enthusiastically recommend FYZICAL and also recommend using a trainer - at least for a little while. I see others not always using the equipment in the best possible way. They have a number of highly trained people on staff to help you individually and many classes as well.
