On May 8, 2026, owner & founder of Back in Motion made a business decision to cancel all scheduled…read more& confirmed PT sessions without advanced notice because they are no longer accepting my Medicare Insurance. I was 4 weeks post- op from a Total Knee Replacement & absolutely devastated. I felt that as a client putting my trust in them, I had been abandoned. It was a week before I was able to establish my PT with a new clinic that readily accepted my insurance. I feel that this was a highly unethical way to handle this business decision, & therefore cannot reccommend this business!

I went to Restore Health Center in Ft. Myers because of back and knee pain for a free consultation…read morewhere I was recommended T-cell shots in my knees for $17,000. I decided I could not afford that so the doctor recommended the GLP one shots for weight loss and quoted me the price of $358. when I said I was on a fixed income and could not do $358 right now he said a place named Cherry finance did financing for them. So even though most GLP1 are available for sale for u $100 a vial now because of the knee pain I put my application in with Cherry finance. The nurse got me started on my initial bottle of GLP one and in one month did a follow up phone call. I told her I wasn't losing any weight and I wanted to discontinue, but she said to try it for another month (still using the same vial of GLP1 trizepatide . I started having extreme pain in my back and realized it was my kidneys, giving me problems so I discontinued use immediately ! Then I started looking at my bank statement amazingly enough I been charged almost $1000! I took another look at the contract I had signed at the office and it was for $800 not what the doctor quoted me at all !!!! I naïvely took his word and didn't bother reading what I was signing on my way out of the office. Cherry finance said that I had qualified for $1000 and they had given that to the doctors office because that's what I had qualified for. Excuse me? For one office call that was supposed to be free, one vile of trizepatide and one follow up phone call I was charged almost $1000. Neither one will give any money back or refund after multiple attempts to reach out to both parties. I do not recommend Restore Health Center even though they say they are Christian and claim to be ethical what I have experienced does not exemplified that claim at all.
