There was nothing she couldn't do, everything from fillings to root canals and crowns and even extractions. Since she left this place years ago it has gone downhill with incompetence from the front office all the way to staff who apparently can't do much. I had some decay on a tooth that was under a crown from 10 years ago. They sent me to another dentist in PSL to cut the crown off and evaluate the tooth. Then they sent me to a 3rd dentist to extract the tooth. Last straw today was I had a simple appointment to get my teeth cleaned . They called yesterday and insisted I had to get them a copy of my new insurance card by 4:00 to keep my 8:30 appointment today. They could not apparently receive it digitally so I had to leave work to go home and get it and take it to them. The girl at the desk said she would call if there was an issue. No call and I show up today for my appointment. I see her and say I assume there was no problem with the insurance because you did not call me back. With that dear in the headlights look on her face she stutters no, everything is fine. I go back with dentist who asks me wait a minute there is no insurance confirmation. He comes back with this list of fees and says the front office did not verify the insurance so he does not know what they will pay for but expects me to pay the bill while they figure it out. TOTAL LIES AND INCOMPETANCE FROM START TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN, RUN FROM HERE !!!

The assistants who worked with Dr. DiMeo and me - Kay and Steven are exceptional! They were always ready for me - helpful, listened and put me at ease. As you can see, this is an all female dental practice which should be a prerequisite for any new business in this field. Why? Because women care about the patient, men generally don't. The approach at Dr. Holley's practice is to be gentle, kind and sympathetic, whilst trying to treat the problem in the best way. Every other male dentist I've ever had the misfortune of seeing, cares not primarily about the pain or treatment of the patient, rather what size of bill they can rack up. I will never visit another male dentist again, including a particularly vicious one I visited in Jupiter who inadvertently admitted to enjoying causing pain to patients. In some ways, I want to keep Dr. Holley a secret because she's my own little Tooth Saint but it wouldn't be fair to not share her. She's the best and she's lovely, so go see her and taste a rare breath of fresh air in dentistry, it just doesn't get any better than the Holley practice.

Bright, nice area to check-in. Extremely comfortable soft leather chairs. Nice to be greeted with a smile. I was actually there for a repair. They took me to an area where I could find out the prices and get checked in as a new patient. After looking over the prices and I know what other places wanted to charge me for a replacement that's why I decided to replace it. My only hiccup with Aspen is.........when calling on a repair for my denture there is a wait time. I have used other dentists and the call goes like this......." me: I have a hot spot on my new denture. Them: I have an appointment opening in 2 weeks, nothing sooner. Other offices I have been at.......me: My new denture has a hotspot. Them: come in whenever you want, we'll work you in." That's what I was expecting when I bought it from them. 6 weeks after I bought it, one tooth fell out while eating a crispy chicken wing. I called, granted it was 2 days before Christmas. They are doing me a favor and got me 5 days later. Another BIG problem is...when I came in to purchase another set they saw the ones I was wearing at the time. After I bought and paid for them and was picking them up the doctor said."oh they are a little smaller than the ones you have". A little?
