God's are with me. I did a wild card pick and chose Aspen Dental. I'm happy with my decision, however....... Only one complaint..... Upon walking in they have a very nice waiting room area. Bright, nice area to check-in. Extremely comfortable soft leather chairs. Nice to be greeted with a smile. I was actually there for a repair. They took me to an area where I could find out the prices and get checked in as a new patient. After looking over the prices and I know what other places wanted to charge me for a replacement that's why I decided to replace it. My only hiccup with Aspen is.........when calling on a repair for my denture there is a wait time. I have used other dentists and the call goes like this......." me: I have a hot spot on my new denture. Them: I have an appointment opening in 2 weeks, nothing sooner. Other offices I have been at.......me: My new denture has a hotspot. Them: come in whenever you want, we'll work you in." That's what I was expecting when I bought it from them. 6 weeks after I bought it, one tooth fell out while eating a crispy chicken wing. I called, granted it was 2 days before Christmas. They are doing me a favor and got me 5 days later. Another BIG problem is...when I came in to purchase another set they saw the ones I was wearing at the time. After I bought and paid for them and was picking them up the doctor said."oh they are a little smaller than the ones you have". A little? I think they should have mentioned that when I purchased them don't ya think? A few speed bumps, but none the less I am happy. Yes, I'll keep using them and will recommend them as well. read more

Biggest waste of time in my life went in for a consultation appointment at 9:15am and never saw a dentist for 2.5 hours and had to leave for work. -100/10 absolutely wouldn't recommend even on my worst enemy. Have been to several other aspen dentals spent tens of thousands of dollars on my teeth all over the country for years and now I will not be returning to any of them because of this. read more

I'm Aspen Dental patient 10 years. my denture was made in Stuart,Fl. Every other year I had to comeback, because my dentures broken in pieces. My main problems with AD corporation are: very bad quality of materials; dentist created fake bill and charged on my account 4000 dollars and call on me collection department without any notice or conversion with me. I send letters of my story with photos broken dentures for all ten years in many departments. One letter I sent to president Robert Fontana. After five months no response from any Aspen Dental. My letters ending with this words:" I am hurt and very concerned with this financial negligence and has completely changed my life positive experience to a very negative one. read more

If there were a lower score than 1, it would be for Aspen Dental. The dentist struggled with my teeth and had to "take a break" for 1/2 hour to rest her cramped hand, while I sat in the dental chair with the Novicane waning. after extracting A tooth, she actually tolde I could rove my own stitches‼ I kept calling the office fir a follow up visit and nobody would return my call for over a MONTH‼ And the fact that you have to PREPAY jist to make an appointment, is greedy, unheard of and just plain shitty. I had contacted the Stuart office to arrange full arch dental implants for my daughter - basically pulling all of her teeth, inserting threaded anchors into her jaw and then installing permanent false teeth screwed into the anchors - a big deal. My daughter is developmentally disabled and in a lot of pain from her teeth. So we needed this done quickly. Their customer service is maybe the best I have ever experienced - they were extremely easy to deal with. So we expected that quality to continue into their practice. We went in for an evaluation and were told that Aspen Dental in Florida has only one oral surgeon who travels between all of their offices in the state and we would have to wait until he was in town again to have her evaluated for oral surgery. Awesome - we set a date and time about a month away and they prescribed her Ibuprofen and an antibiotic in the mean time. This is where the disconnect began. The ibuprofen never worked at all, and she completed the course of antibiotics in the time allotted before the next appointment. So she's still getting tooth and jaw pain and we could not get them to prescribe anything, even Ibuprofen, for these ongoing issues. And a week before the appointment I get an email stating that the oral surgeon could not see her on the date and time agreed upon. And instead of the option to reschedule with their office, the email included a referral form signed by a dentist, and they gave us three oral surgery offices we could go to with whom they have worked in the past. Okay fine - I understand - they couldn't do the job in time, so they were giving us further options. One of the offices they provided us was closed down completely, one was not an oral surgery practice, and the third was 85 miles away. We got in touch with them the next day to inform them of these issues, and the receptionist just completely blew us off. No explanation at all. They wouldn't treat my daughter. She even called and told them she was in pain and could they help. Nothing. We are talking about a procedure costing upwards of $70,000 that I'm paying cash for. A large amount of revenue for any dental practice. Business must be fantastic to turn away a patient like that. The entire time we dealt with them everything seemed fine, and there was never an issue or problem which might lead to a blow off. They just turned 180º and that was that. So yeah - to say they wasted our time during a severe toothache is being kind. It's been 5 days now since last contact, and she still has the toothache, is having difficulty eating, is waking up every few hours at night and asking me for help, and we have been forced to scramble to find alternative treatment options. The quality of their customer service in no way extends into their actual dental practice. The way we were greeted and the way we were treated were like night and day. The only thing I can think of is that the oral surgeon didn't have the skills to do the work. Or maybe they prefer patients who have to borrow for the procedures and wind up paying them interest in addition to the principal over an extended period of time? But again - we were never given a reason. Now we are using a different local provider and will be paying probably $20,000 more than the Aspen estimate because it can't be done in one office. We have to hire a cosmetic dentist and an outside oral surgeon, who will each bill us more money than I make in a year. I am not happy. I believe what they did was callous and unprofessional. I'd at least like an explanation so I can determine what action to take. Is there something I'm missing? Was it a series of errors they had no control over? WTF? Who does business like that, especially a medical practice? At the very least, I can write this review and inform others of the experience we had with Aspen Dental's Stuart, Florida location. If you use Aspen Dental I hope you have a better experience than we did. Oh and Aspen? Don't bother replying to this on here to try to do damage control - I think you're a lousy practice and there is nothing you can say or offer to change my mind. The staff at Aspen made me feel very comfortable and secure. I'm am 54 and had horrendous experiences in the past, to the point of not going back for years. This comes from a 58 year old woman that had a really bad experience about 40 years ago. I would break down calling to make an appointment for SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Needless to say my dental regimen was not the best. I have worn a full denture on top and a partial on bottom for 20+ years. That was the last time I was at a dentist. Now for the important part, the personnel at this office was absolutely fabulous. Dr. H and his assistant Taylor made this whole transition easier. Taylor is truly an angel of mercy. She did everything possible to make me comfortable and at ease. I was truly impressed by the care and attention I received. I am now the proud wearer of full dentures, when I first saw my new smile I couldn't help but breakdown, for the first time in a long time I felt like my smile truly reflected the way I felt.I would definitely recommend Dr. H and the staff at the Sailfish Office. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE,they will tell you that you need services done and then when you question the bill they throw you out.Police were there the other day when i first showed up and should have known better and left.They charged me for services i did not want or need then will try to get you to do financing at a 30% interest rate.If you read this review its the honest truth and any other great reviews are canned by someone that either works there or are crazy to think they are anything but con artists read more

At First I had a great experience. I paid $300 upfront for 10 minutes of service and didn't even get my teeth cleaned. They expected me to come back and pay another 200 to get my teeth clean so basically you pay $500 for them to scrape your teeth for 10 minutes and get your teeth clean it's a rip off I don't suggest anyone go here. read more

I would never recommend Stuart or Pt. St. Lucie Florida Aspen Dental. My experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. My first red flag was when I went in to have my teeth cleaned and the girl came in to do impressions. Pours the goop and I asked her what she was doing, told her I had done impressions the week before I was there for a cleaning. She was so surprised. Not to mention was quoted $9,000.00 to complete my dental work. Day of surgery was handed a bill for $14,000. Of which $9,000.00 was already paid. I refused to sign it wanted to meet with Dr. Delarosa the one who quoted me that price. It has now been over a year and after repeated attempts to meet with him. Staff keeps blowing me off. But lets state the facts of my shabby work. They put an implant in and since day one I've had something sticking out of my gum. Not one dentist I've seen and that would be 3, 4 if we count the surgeon can tell me what it is. It now is wearing through my gum and I still cannot get Dr. Delarosa to call me. Not to mention how uncomfortable it is because the piece they made for me to wear does not fit correctly so it rubs on the bump. I had another implant that was done by another dentist it just needed to be completed. All they needed to do was put the post in and then the tooth. First they had the wrong size post. had to reschedule, finally put it in waited the required 3 weeks should now be fitted with the permanent post but they could not get the first post out, had to reschedule. go back put permanent post in now have to wait another 3 weeks again. Now the tooth should be put in. It took 4 separate visit for them to get the color and size right. They kept having to send it back to the lab to redo. In the beginning I was given colors to chose from. My teeth are white I wanted the implant to match. Every sample they gave me was yellow and I was told if I wanted white i would have to pay for it. The most ridicules thing I had ever heard. They finally said they would try to match and not upcharge. Because i made such a fuss. Every time I had to reschedule it was time away from work. I could go on and on with what I've gone through there. I have posted to social media and you cannot believe the amount of responses claiming the same bait and switch tactic and shabby work others claim. It's unbelievable. All the same story. I have tried working with two separate office manger until recently after much frustration because I was not getting a call back from Dr. Delarosa (Owner) one of the office managers says to me " I don't know what to tell you anymore I have repeatedly spoken to Dr. Delarosa about your case and short of dialing your number and handing him the phone I don't know what to do. WOW!! And just to mention that $9,000.00 did not come easy for me to come up with. I have waited so long to get this work done. In fact after I paid them the $9,000.00 it was in Nov. 2016. Dr. Delarosa advised me to wait until March of 2017 when their in house surgeon would be starting instead of me going to an outside surgeon. Then I would definitely have enough money to do the work is what he told me. Day of surgery they hand me a bill for $4,000 more. So needless to say this has been going on for a year now. I had a great experience with my dentist and hygienist. But the front desk has been a nightmare since covid. They also had the wrong voicemail on their answering machine saying they closed at 12pm on the day of my appointment so I missed my appointment. I had to reschedule the week before Christmas then I wasn't able to make that day so I left a voicemail on their machine which apparently they never got. A now they put me on some type of "walk in" only list! This is something they probably should tell their patients that they would do. I tried to explain that I left them a message. And they know they had problems with their phones for over a month but they wouldn't budge. I guess I will have to find a new dentist now and don't recommend their customer service tactics! I would have rather been charged $50 for missing an appointment then being treated like I did something wrong! People need to make appointments! And why should I suffer because their front desk has been a nightmare since covid. I was understanding when I had to wait months for my temporary tooth due to covid and fedx issues but when it comes to them being understanding of their answering machine problems?!?! What ever you do, do not believe them when they say it is a free consultation. They insisted on taking xrays and I told them I was willing to pay for them and was walking out of the office. When the office mgr said they would do them for free. I agreed to go ahead and do the FREE consultation. DO not provide them with your insurance info as they tried billing my insurance and when they refused to pay they billed me. I call their office to fix this and they said they would take care of it. Only to send me another bill now showing past PAST DUE. The funny thing is I was shopping the services I wanted and was leaning toward them but how can I trust what they said not. read more

Not even 1 star here. It was a sales job as soon as they saw my husband's mouth. walk in for initial visit under insurance plan through United Healthcare AARP and he walked out with a treatment plan $14K and with insurance discounts total out of pocket would be $9K. This is for of course perio cleaning all four quadrants, Atridox at all pockets, Gingival Irrigation on 4 quadrants, follow up visit, another visit for a tooth to be pulled and tried to talk him into a crown that screws into the bone after telling him they would have to remove the existing bone due to it being too rotten to hold the crown and replaced with cadaver bone before they could place the implant. I called to ask for appointment for just the perio cleaning without all the irrigation and antibiotics placed in the pockets and they refused to accommodate my wishes as this was part of the perio cleaning. Never has he had periodontal issues and I have found that every dentist that we have tried use these tactics to make ridiculous amounts of money. You can't just go in for a regular cleaning any longer as a new patient and this dental group is no different. Thieves and the insurance companies should not allow them as providers. We are seniors and this happens all too often. I have seen this at least 3 times now in the past 6 mos with different groups. Buyer beware!!! read more
