Bright, nice area to check-in. Extremely comfortable soft leather chairs. Nice to be greeted with a smile. I was actually there for a repair. They took me to an area where I could find out the prices and get checked in as a new patient. After looking over the prices and I know what other places wanted to charge me for a replacement that's why I decided to replace it. My only hiccup with Aspen is.........when calling on a repair for my denture there is a wait time. I have used other dentists and the call goes like this......." me: I have a hot spot on my new denture. Them: I have an appointment opening in 2 weeks, nothing sooner. Other offices I have been at.......me: My new denture has a hotspot. Them: come in whenever you want, we'll work you in." That's what I was expecting when I bought it from them. 6 weeks after I bought it, one tooth fell out while eating a crispy chicken wing. I called, granted it was 2 days before Christmas. They are doing me a favor and got me 5 days later. Another BIG problem is...when I came in to purchase another set they saw the ones I was wearing at the time. After I bought and paid for them and was picking them up the doctor said."oh they are a little smaller than the ones you have". A little? I think they should have mentioned that when I purchased them don't ya think? A few speed bumps, but none the less I am happy. Yes, I'll keep using them and will recommend them as well.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY OFFICES - VERY DIRTY, JUNKY AND UNSANITARY. They look like storage rooms. (See attached photos.) 2. THE ASSISTANT TRIED TO NUMB UP THE WRONG SIDE OF MY MOUTH. 3. APPOINTMENTS RUN ANYWHERE FROM 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR LATE! I never had one appointment that was on time. 4. STAFF IS VERY SURLY AND RUDE. 5. REVIEW YOUR DENTAL RECORDS IF YOU SEND THEM TO ANOTHER OFFICE. They include personal observations not related to the dental work. In this case...I am assuming that Dr. Ross Hauer (my dentist) was the person who wrote these unprofessional notes. I think his personal non-mendical comments reflect the unprofessional demeanor of the entire operation. This was the most horrible dental experience of my life. They had the referral for an extraction…read moreand I had an evaluation with their company for an extraction already. Not only did they lose the referral and x-ray imaging at the prior appointment causing a three hour delay for care, at this appointment they only scheduled it as a consult, even though it was scheduled and confirmed as an extraction appointment. Upon arriving, I had a dentist tell me to open my mouth and he said "there's the tooth, we need to schedule your extraction". I was completely lost as my extraction was scheduled already for 8 AM but they double booked themselves for another oral surgery, leaving me to not get my tooth extracted. They then told me I had to get a bone graft for an implant after the removal. I said I didn't want a bone graft because I wasn't going to get an implant and when I asked why I need the bone graft I was told "I don't know that's the doctor's recommendation and you have to do it". So they take me to the front desk with no answers, and try to get me to pay for a consult that lasted 15 seconds, maybe even less. I didn't get to go over the recommendations with the dentist, I didn't get to ask questions, and I didn't even get to see my imaging. I asked to speak to the dentist and was told he was unavailable and that I had to pay. Chaos ensued. I have placed a grievance with this company with my dental insurance, and upon doing so was called by the front desk who gave me an attitude and told me I was not allowed back in retaliation for filing my grievance. I highly HIGHLY recommend no one else comes here. Oh and they sent me signed documentation "by me" when I didn't sign anything. I'm pretty sure that is illegal!

Her office is beautiful and clean. I took some photos I will add here. She offers invaluable care at a reasonable price. Hobe Sound is lucky to have her. She listens and anticipates your dental health needs. She vets other specialists when needed before she refers out. She gives gentle, highly skilled, cleanings and fillings, with pain-free care. She educates her patients without shaming us. Yes, we all need to floss more. And we need to floss with the string kind that you wrap around your fingers, not the kind that comes with a handle. She is a partner in your health journey. And she cares. She also does Invisalign and has patients come in to check on comfort and progress far more frequently than my son's orthodontist does. I have never wanted to go to the dentist so often. She is that good! And her staff is excellent, kind, and caring as well:)

I didn't feel the injection at all, and she checked in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable, which I was (almost took a nap). Her team was so sweet. 10/10 experience!! Will definitely be back with my husband!
