There was nothing she couldn't do, everything from fillings to root canals and crowns and even extractions. Since she left this place years ago it has gone downhill with incompetence from the front office all the way to staff who apparently can't do much. I had some decay on a tooth that was under a crown from 10 years ago. They sent me to another dentist in PSL to cut the crown off and evaluate the tooth. Then they sent me to a 3rd dentist to extract the tooth. Last straw today was I had a simple appointment to get my teeth cleaned . They called yesterday and insisted I had to get them a copy of my new insurance card by 4:00 to keep my 8:30 appointment today. They could not apparently receive it digitally so I had to leave work to go home and get it and take it to them. The girl at the desk said she would call if there was an issue. No call and I show up today for my appointment. I see her and say I assume there was no problem with the insurance because you did not call me back. With that dear in the headlights look on her face she stutters no, everything is fine. I go back with dentist who asks me wait a minute there is no insurance confirmation. He comes back with this list of fees and says the front office did not verify the insurance so he does not know what they will pay for but expects me to pay the bill while they figure it out. TOTAL LIES AND INCOMPETANCE FROM START TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN, RUN FROM HERE !!!

I have had some truly awful experiences in my past, so much so that I stopped going unless I had a dire emergency. I know my mouth was in rough shape by the time I finally confronted my fears (after an embarrassing number of years). This team of experts were warm, welcoming and honest. Tiffany deserves a special shout out for how gentle she was with me, and I really appreciated how she took the time to educate me and explain what she was doing and why. A dear friend of mine recommend that I come here because of how much people adored the dentistry here (I know, hard to believe, right?) but she couldn't have been more accurate! I'm so glad I bit the bullet (pun intended) and went. I've found my place!

I'm 83, getting some extensive dental work done and hate pain. The combination of helpfulness by Colleen and the clear intent of Dr. lanzi to make the experience pain-free made the quite long work much easier and helped alleviate the fear i had. Being confident that your dentist wants you to experience no pain is probably the #1 concern I and many others have about getting this kind of work done, The people who ended up helping me with coordinating the billing and my insurance did a good job. Thanks to the kind of dental services i received, i recommended them to a neighbor friend and she was very happy to know of them and plans to go. I had tried 'cheaper' places for my dental care and one that wasn't so cheap where the dentist was fine but then the assistants did the work and that was really lacking. It feels good to finally feel satisfied that i'm in the right place for my dental care. Patricia Winchild

I had to have all of my bottom teeth pulled after he left a tool in my cavity from a ROOT CANAL. No one told me I kept getting infections. I called the Board of Dentistry As Many others have on him! In Fl they have time limits, But his name is mud! He ruined my life & NEVER told me what he did, you can clearly see it on an xray & 3D. At least he could have told me . I should have went with my gut because I knew he shouldn't be doing Root canals! It was taking him forever when doing it & yelling at his assistant during? Hmm why what did she do ? I can only say this is the worst unprofessional Dentist I've been to. I question his license. The office staff must get points for cheating people & charging more. I was on to that trick right away! Billing was cheating. I would ask for codes first no matter where you go! But this place is a HORROR SHOW! you will never walk out the healthy way you walked in but worse with NO TEETH! He needs to lose his practice & it couldn't be soon enough. I hope it's soon
