Office is tucked in a very nicely done shopping center with the expected Florida water and shrubbery and outdoor ceiling fans. The office inside is larger than it appears from walking by and the front desk staff are just wonderful. Friendly and attentive, they will get you checked in and situated in short order. First visit went well with no hard sell / upsell of crazy services like "deep cleaning" (never heard of that until I got to FL) and all around a pleasant visit. Been back there about four times now and again, no hard sell or any pressure to do anything outside of what you would expect. Been bringing the whole family there and every experience has been very good. Definitely a win in my book. Give them shot if in need. Parking lots in front.

Penny at Dr. Maxson's office immediately reached out to the endodontist to discuss why the endodontist would not accept the CT scan. Then she arranged a call between Dr. Zen (Dr. Maxson's office) and the endodontist. They discussed the diagnosis and the CT scan findings. The endodontist agreed to accept the CT scan from Dr. Maxson's office. I was extremely pleased the way Penny immediately responded to my review and advocated for me with the endodontist. I further discovered that Dr. Maxson's office proactively takes the CT scan at a discounted price to help patients save on this costly procedure as other specialists charge a much higher price for the CT scan. We only paid the $99 consultation fee (which was already expensive), and when we explained that we couldn't afford the procedure, the doctor only prescribed ibuprofen. He did not prescribe the antibiotic that was absolutely necessary for the infection and inflammation my father was experiencing. We only realized this at 11 p.m. when the pharmacy gave us just the ibuprofen. It was a terrible situation that seriously put my father's health at risk.
