Highly Recommend Figueroa Cleaning Service & Snow Removal Services…read more After purchasing our new home, we were immediately met with a major challenge--a snowstorm that quickly turned into an ice storm. Our entire driveway was completely covered in snow and solid ice, making it impossible for us to move our belongings into our new home or access our garage. We contacted Figueroa Cleaning Service and Snow Removal Services, and from the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. We were provided with a very fair and reasonable quote, and the communication was prompt and professional. When the three technicians arrived, they immediately assessed the situation, clearly explained what needed to be done, and even asked if there was anything additional we wanted taken care of. Without hesitation, they got straight to work. Their efficiency, teamwork, and professionalism were truly impressive. They were able to completely clear our driveway, removing both snow and thick ice, and restored full access to our garages--something we honestly weren't sure was even possible given the conditions. Because of their quick response, outstanding work ethic, and high level of professionalism, we felt compelled to compensate them beyond the original quote. Their service exceeded our expectations, and we believe exceptional work deserves exceptional appreciation. We highly, highly, highly recommend Figueroa Cleaning Service and Snow Removal Services to friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues. If you're looking for a company that is reliable, professional, fairly priced, and genuinely takes pride in their work--look no further. Thank you, Figueroa team, for showing up and showing out when we needed it most!

When I come…read moreto check out the work there was white spray all over the place that did not come off after cleaning. I had to pay $500 out of pocket to get the basement repainted. See picture. When my agent called them to ask about it the rep said read the "fine print" and that you have to paint over it. Isn't this something a half decent company would tell their customers upfront before starting the work? Also, how hard is it to cover the floor before spraying? It's common sense. Seems very lazy to me and corner cutting without regard for customer satisfaction. Would never use again or refer.

Winter is just about to end but I just got a reminder to sign up for seasonal mosquito control…read more Mosquito Remediation has been shockingly effective in letting us use our yard without getting attacked by mosquitoes and driving us inside. I was a total skeptic; I mean would it work? Everything else we have used didn't and while the service isn't free, it's cheaper than a lawn service although citronella candles cost even less, but also don't work. I tell you the service works, and I want my friends to see this so they hire them, and I can have drinks in your yards and not feel like I'm dinner for mosquitoes.

They had quite the job of it, as most of the yard was choked with roots, which they painstakingly dug up and hauled off. We couldn't be happier with overall experience and the final results. A great team to work with!

I would not recommend this company to anyone!…read more In September of 2024 our ac went out. We called DeAngelo's to diagnose the problem. They stated that our unit needed to be replaced. They suggested that we chose a new Carrier heat pump for $8,000. After installing our new unit, they stated that our thermostat was not compatible with the new unit and needed to be replaced for an additional $800. Once it got cold in early November, our brand-new "efficient" heat pump sounded like a fighter jet on the side of our house every night and into the early mornings. I asked DeAngelo's to come look at the unit they installed. Bill and his son were completely dumbfounded. Bill stated that he would be back in a week with a Carrier Tech. No one ever returned. Our utility bills doubled their normal cost for the next several months. I reached out to Debbie several times to see if the "Tech" had an answer for us. Each time she stated that they had not replied to her yet. It was not until mid-March that Debbie finally replied stating that her "Tech" informed her that our TXV valve in our coil was the culprit. She stated that replacing our inside coil would fix the issue and it would cost $2,600. I asked her if they could just replace the TXV valve and not the whole coil. She replied that they could for $1,300. Keep in mind no one diagnosed the problem in person. Feeling something was off, I contacted another reputable company. The other company responded in a timely manner and within seconds of hearing the noise knew the solution. Bill and his son installed the heat pump incorrectly. They never set temperature lockouts for the heat pump or our furnace. Hence both units were running non-stop All winter and were fighting each other. Come to find out, we have a high efficiency modulating gas furnace which is far more efficient than the heat pump. Therefore, they up-sold us on a heat pump we did not need. We do not need new coil nor is our TXV valve bad. DeAngelo's attempted to scam us out of an additional $2,600 when the issue was their own incompetence.
