I believe the lion share of their business must come from contractors because it doesn't seem possible that they could sustain alone from community members and local farmers. Their landscaping offerings have some unique stuff that you don't find at larger chains. If you do find yourself unable to find a certain item don't ask the people in the back. Always ask whoever is at the check out or the associates walking around the store. There is this accounting woman who works in the back sometimes. Don't ask her anything.

Extremely RUDE upper level staff. HORRIBLE return service…read more Straight up CALLED A LIAR by the older manager. (Apparently they have 2 store managers on site, the older manager was CRASS AND UNREASONABLE) They were MAKING UP return policies on the spot saying a 2 to 3 days used item would be fine for return but not 2 or 3 weeks -- AFTER I was explicitly told 30 days for a return for ANY REASON originally. They claimed that employee (Cody Norris - Was super friendly to me) didn't have the right to say that to me. I then inquired if they employee would be better informed on return polices or if any repercussions would be held for this mistake. The managers asked me what I'd like to be done about it, asking if I wanted the employee fired, I said no I would not want that. In reply to that they said well good because we will not do that. Seemed very rude and out of place to even mention. Would NEVER SHOP HERE again but I settled for store credit with the younger manager after arguing for 15 mins. Maybe I'll give the gift card to someone I really dislike so they can experience this terrible store service.
