This ladies who worked at holistic 360 were very kind. I was given good instructions on how to locate and enter the place. It was my first massage and Anastasia was kind to respectful of that. I understand that clothing is more relaxed but coming into a place with sweats had a pajama like appearance and I try to seek out professional atmospheres. I did have a lot of pain, bruising and vomiting after my massage. I was trying to see if a massage would bring relaxation and all that came from it was pain and feeling very ill. I do have health issues so it's possible my body responded poorly to massage but being black and blue from it was a little unexpected and I can't see people putting themselves through this for relaxation or fun as it was neither for me. I am in bed today hoping that feeling this ill passes soon. I did make sure to hydrate myself before and after the massage but I don't think it helped. Update: Caroline contacted me and felt the outcome was due to my medical condition but did confirm Anistasia's notes confirmed pressure massage when my form asked for relaxation. My medical condition has an inflammatory response to a needle such as acupuncture but I have normal platelets and do not have a blood clotting disorder or hemophilia. The only thing that could explain the bruising and lots of pain is too much pressure on my 5'6, 118 lb frame. Caroline was nice but sent an email saying Anistasia did things right. Holistic 360 is amazing! Do yourself a favor and book a massage. From the moment you walk in and smell the essential oils that add to their serene atmosphere, you will feel at ease. I have been seeing them since 2013 and can wholeheartedly recommend Carolina, Anastasia, and Joshua. They are a wonderful group of therapists who are kind and genuine. Booking and/or confirming with a combination of text and phone calls is convenient and I like the flexibility they offer with evening and weekend appointments. All of the massage therapists have a healing touch that adapts to whatever you need for your session, as long as you communicate. They do offer cupping, which can result in some funny bruises, but that is normal for cupping. I have never had a problem communicating my massage preferences, especially because they take time to talk to you before EACH massage, every time. The therapist has always checked with me during sessions too. I have enjoyed my massages, the sauna, and the yoga room. They offer monthly memberships so you can take advantage of regular sessions. They also offer coaching/therapy sessions with a licensed marriage and family therapist. read more

I was a first time customer looking for a massage. After doing the yelp thing and looking at groupons I found Holistic 360. Holistic 360 as it happens had just relocated offices the week before and were getting settled into their larger space in the same building. I had a little difficulty at first contacting them with the groupon info, but left a message. Tina was actually very quick to call me back. Once I spoke with her I set the appointment. This was my first experience with a professional masseuse. I'm very happy to say I was not disappointed. Upon arrival, Tina introduced herself and had me fill out the first time paperwork. After that she showed me into one of their therapy rooms. The massage was for relaxation for a 1 hour massage. Took us maybe 5 min or so to get set and then Tina was working on me. He hands were very skilled. I felt comfortable and relaxed. She was very professional and has magic when it comes to feet. I heard Tina's little timer go off the end of the hour, but she continued on to make sure she finished. She took her time and went over a bit to make sure I was well treated. What I can defiantly say is I was impressed at how relaxed I felt after the massage. I have just booked my second appointment and I'm very much looking forward to my time. Completely unprofessional then I get a call 3 hrs after my appointment to be told they had to cancel. Do not waste your time booking at this place! I had scheduled a couples relaxation massage with Stella and Tina on 02/15/16 from 12-2pm. I drove 45 mins and showed at my appointment at 11:45am and the place was closed! I called the number on the door and was told to wait that they be in a session. I wasted another 40 mins there and then just left. I spoke to someone named Kendra and was supposed to received a call back and that never happened. I called yesterday and spoke to someone named Liz and Carolina was going to call me back. I called them again today and was promised a phone call back. So so unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I didn't even receive a legitimate reason as to why they scheduled me if they were going to be closed. Tried making an appointment for my partner and I for her bday. I left voicemail after voicemail because a friend recommended this place, however, this place is completely unprofessional. They never pick up the phone. A girl named Melanie left me a voicemail telling me there was availability for the 28th, I requested Anastasia, but she wasn't available therefor I settled for anyone one else as long as it was for the 28th. Melanie then called me again a day later telling me there would be no availability with any of the therapists. ???! Never once did I speak to this person one on one this was all through voicemail. They never pick up their phone and then try charging if you miss the appointment it's ridiculous. Extremely disappointed , i will take my 200 dollar business elsewhere. read more

I came here because I was referred by my friend and I couldn't be more happy with this place. Starting from when I called to book an appointment, I was met with a friendly receptionist who paired me with the massage therapist that most met my needs. When I got there I was met with kindness and it felt like they cared about me as much as I cared about myself. Nothing like when I went to massage envy where I felt like a dollar sign only. Holistic 360 is a mind, body, spirit experience and it's a great alternative to conventional medicine. I have a severely damaged back, DDD, and have had 4 back surgeries and a fusion. My legs are constantly numb and I walk with a cane. After I spent one session I literally walked out of there carrying my cane( I actually forgot it in the room!)! It was so great that I made a follow up massage ( which I never do because I usually only get massages on my birthday once a year). After that, I sat down with the owner and my therapist and we created a treatment plan and I've never felt better. I've done aqua therapy, but this happy chance I took by coming in has set me on a path towards less pain where I had immediate relief. More relief than I've had in a long time. I live with pain 24/7, and it consumed my life, but I feel like this is 100% worth it if you're desperate for pain relief. I can't praise them enough! Overall I've had great experiences with my massages here. So far I have been here 5 times, all of which were educational, relaxing and comforting. Carolina whom I believe is the owner is knowledgable in her trade, friendly and soothing. I too bought a certificate for four massages, did not experience much issues other than at times having difficulty getting ahold of them. It appears they are working on improving that as now they have "message service" meaning someone always answer and messages are forwarded to the therapist. I received a Groupon gift certificate as a bridal shower gift. I decided to save it since I am an athlete and could use it when the season was back in session, unfortunately my schedule was very busy and I had a very difficult time scheduling an appointment and there was a lot of miscommunication over the telephone. I decided against using my gift certificate and not to go in. When I told them of my decision, instead of just letting me walk away Carolina (owner) went above and beyond to fix the problem. Since then I have had no problems, the staff has been great I am now a routine client and I really enjoy the knowledge and the various things they have to offer. I have never received anything but outstanding treatment from Holistic 360. Carolina is EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the human body and alternative treatments. She always goes the extra mile to find out what might be causing my pain/illness/stress and suggests helpful things to try (even if I only booked a massage). Carolina continues to study and increase her knowledge as well and seems to really enjoy helping people feel better. She recently added Anastatia to her staff who has vast experience with anxiety and offers much advice and group/private mediation sessions which I found MOST relaxing! They also recently added Laser Therapy, which they will demonstrate as your first session for no charge. My complaint with this business is that my appointment was cancelled a mere ten minutes before it was to begin. I was already inside and waiting when I got a call from someone named Janet, who claimed that the massage therapist was sick and that was the reason behind the cancellation.
