It was such a disappointment and I felt embarrassed to even give them to our boss. Didn't look anything like the picture. We paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet, that was a joke as there was nothing special compared to the one shown in the picture. I'm so glad we didn't go with delivery which was $25!! I would've felt even worse. I could've made a prettier arrangement with a grocery store bouquet for $19.99. Save your money, do not recommend.

The person on the phone did not speak very much English and could not find my reservation . She told me to call after 2:30. I did and one contact number is not taking calls, the other I cannot leave a message. I did send an e mail requesting a full refund. We will see if that happens.

He answered every call, was on time and even confirmed with me prior to the event. I had a short time to pull it together and having him calmed every bit of anxiousness knowing he was so reliable. After his performance I had many many compliments! I found him on Yelp so I felt it was only right to share the experience.
