They were prompt in their arrival and pick up, and timely with their set up and take down. By far the most affordable. Everyone else in Visalia/Tulare charged upward of $230 for the slide we wanted. Everything we rented was in excellent condition. The slide was clean and visibly conditioned; very well taken care of. They also do catering! We can't wait to try that. What compelled me to share this experience was the response we received when acknowledging the reasonableness of their prices compared to their competitors. "We know we can charge more and make more money, but for us, that's not what it's all about. We're not trying to get rich. We know how difficult it can be to be able to afford to do something special like this and because we have been blessed, we want to make it possible for the people in our community to be able to afford it as well." I believe social responsibility is something every business should embrace. It is very noble of Atomic Jumpoline to put others above themselves in terms of affordability and do their part in serving their community.

Text her in the middle of the week to confirm, she confirmed and she said would send the address and never did. She does not offer prompt tastings like normal catering businesses and seemed like she did not want my business to begin with. She left my messages on read and did not even attempt to contact me back. Now I am stuck having to look for someone else to cater and wasted a month. I will never recommend these people to anyone. Rosalinda went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our wedding reception!…read moreShe was happy to work within our budget and charged much less than other caterers in the area. Other caterers couldn't be bothered to respond to messages or send menus. Rosalinda responded promptly to messages and provided the kind of individualized attention that one wants when planning a special event like a wedding reception. I felt very good about supporting this small family business. I was amazed at how many different types of cuisine Melrose International offers. We ended up having Mexican and Filipino food with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Rosalinda was even willing to make a garlic-free meal for one guest who can't eat garlic! The enchiladas and Mexican rice were my favorite dishes. Rosalinda and her employees worked very hard, including cooking on a grill outside in the hot sun at our reception venue. Her staff was efficient in serving food and even put the leftovers in containers we provided. One bit of advice: make sure to read over the detailed order list Rosalinda provides. I didn't read it closely enough, and there were some differences between what we had discussed and what was listed. I take responsibility for not paying closer attention. There were just too many things to do at the same time. Rosalinda offered to cut our wedding cake (made by someone else) for no additional charge, something no other caterer in the area seems to offer. (They often charge $2/slice!) I would definitely recommend Melrose International Catering and Bakery.
