They were able to accommodate our last-minute need for 36 white plastic folding chairs, which made our event planning much less stressful. The chairs were clean, sturdy, and easy to fold and unfold. They stacked neatly in our garage and were exactly what we needed for the day. Delivery and pickup were both right on time, making the entire process seamless and hassle-free. Excellent customer service, reliable communication, and quality rentals. I'll definitely be using them again for future events and highly recommend them to anyone in need of party rentals.

We had a really big event and thanks to their great prices we were able to rent 4! They set up the evening before and picked up the next day. We had zero problems or complaints and it was magical the way the lights lit up our party. Highly recommend their business. Tip for 1st time party organizers: give them plenty of time to set up. It is a lot of work to put the tents together.

Text her in the middle of the week to confirm, she confirmed and she said would send the address and never did. I called her, left her a voice message and text her the day of to confirm the location and built my plans around the food tasting and ended up wasting my time. She does not offer prompt tastings like normal catering businesses and seemed like she did not want my business to begin with. She left my messages on read and did not even attempt to contact me back. Now I am stuck having to look for someone else to cater and wasted a month. I will never recommend these people to anyone. The owner is genuinely an amazing person. He worked closely with me and truly met all of my needs, which made the entire planning process stress-free. What really sets this truck apart from others is the attention to detail and quality. The games are live and online, the game selection is excellent, and the trailer itself is incredibly spacious--it comfortably accommodated all the kids, with room to spare. This is a family-owned business, and it absolutely shows. The owner's sons are experts--they helped the kids get onto the games they wanted quickly, monitored gameplay, and made sure everyone was playing age-appropriate games, which I really appreciated as a parent. The truck was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The neon lights outside were spectacular, and the VR setup outside the truck was an awesome bonus that kept the kids entertained nonstop. I booked 3 hours because I knew 2 hours wouldn't be enough--and I was right. Three hours was perfect! Thank you to the entire team for making this Phoenix's best birthday celebration so far. We had endless fun and incredible memories. We will definitely be booking again!

I didn't have to worry about that part of the party at all which as someone who was already juggling a lot that day was such a relief. they also do fire shows which I did not know about until I looked at their page after and now I desperately need a reason to book that. if you have a party, event, or really any gathering in the central valley area and you want something that actually gets people excited, Sir Wonka is the move. the kids talked about it for weeks and that's the only metric that matters.

Most of the places I called were either offering only construction porta potties or were waaaay out of my budget. Those fancy vip porta trailers? yea, those are ridiculous. Anyhow. First, you should know that Potter's & AAA Quality are of the same company. I'm not sure how that all works, but i do know that. I called more than once during my wedding planning, and each time they were more than helpful & professional. I was impressed considering what they do :) For a flushing "vip" (which is SO not fancy) was around $170ish i think & after delivery/taxes it came to around $180ish I want to say? I can't recall the exact pricing, sorry. But, the day of the wedding I got a call to notify me they were on their way. Apparently, there had been a problem w/ the first potty they brought out and it needed to be exchanged. Luckily, this was all done prior to the wedding & w/o the bride (me!) knowing. A few days later, while on my honeymoon, i received a phone call from them asking about my experience & making sure everything ran smoothly (so to speak...haha).
