I'd like to share a terrible experience we had with this company weeks ago we schedule to have a…read morebounce house delivered at 11 AM today for three-year-old's birthday party we figured that was sufficient time because the party didn't start until 1 PM we started calling around 11 AM and didn't receive any word back from the company finally at almost 12 PM they text us back they don't even give us the courtesy of a phone call they text us to tell us that we are not gonna be able to get the bounce house today with some petty excuse, Then continue to text us with excuses saying that him texting us at 11:50 something is sufficient notice that's an hour and 10 minutes before the three-year-old's birthday party starting thank God we got a hold of a bounce house rental company it costed us an extra hundred bucks but they were able to go into the office and bring us a bounce house with only 30 minutes notice I hope everybody takes the highroad and avoids this company by all means necessary if ABC town sells didn't respond to us my three-year-old's birthday party would've been ruined because there would've been a bunch of kids sitting around in the backyard twiddling Their thumbs with nothing to do today.. I would like to add the owner still has not responded to my phone calls I've called at least 30 times and I've only gotten a text back saying that because I left a bad review on yelp he will not be refunding our money.. this is criminal .UPDATE , now they have my phone number blocked & keep sending Cassandra's to voice mail.. below they continue with excuses, and word play to make themselves look better , we reported them for fraud to the bank and got our money back.. they keep referring to me as a "3rd party" as a cop out to not accept my complaint , the bounce house was ordered to Cassandra and MY home, with OUR MONEY, But because she put just her name on the order online it isn't my business.. I'll have her get on yelp tmrw and leave a review so it's not 3rd party.. 2nd they're lying below .. in the text they sent at 11:50 it said "unfortunately we won't make it on time" with a petty excuse.. Tables and chairs are always clean , this time around we got two heaters both with full propane tanks. During the party we had more people than we anticipated so I gave Arturo a call to see if he could deliver extra chairs/tables which he came through. Very great communication from delivery schedule to pick up. Definitely recommend!!
