I have taken two cars here-- the second one because Chavez did such a great job on my first car. The work was of excellent quality both times, and I was charged a more than fair price both times. No hassle whatsoever. Dropped off my cars, got them back on time as if nothing ever happened. Paint was immaculate and in one instance, door and hinge mechanics came into play. Perfect job both times. I highly recommend. read more

had a great experience working with Cris. He did an excellent job not only on my car but also with customer service. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and made sure I was taken care of 100%. Honest, professional, and easy to work with. Thank you, Cris! read more

I brought my car to Chavez first off the agreed upon services we're not completed. and the repairs were not to safety standards. I went back to deal with issues and I was told that they don't perform substandard work like that and I asked then who did this work to my car and he said that he believed I took my perfectly fixed car from them and damaged it just to bring it back and have them not fix it my car is in safe driving down the road I had to goto the BAR read more

I've dealt with my fair share of car issues over the last 10 years and have worked with several different mechanics and body shops--but none have come close to the experience I had with Chris and his son, Chris Jr., at Chavez Auto Body. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and honestly just refreshing. Their communication was top-notch. They kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me complete peace of mind. I dropped off my car and didn't have to worry about a single thing after that. True to their word, the car was ready on the exact day they promised, and when I picked it up, I was blown away. Not only was the bodywork flawless--making the damage look like it never even happened--but they also went above and beyond to return it spotless, even down to shining the tires. My car looked better than it had in years. I had honestly grown tired of seeing the damage every day, and now I feel like I fell in love with my car all over again. Huge thank you to Chris and Chris Jr. for the quality work, the transparency, and the pride they clearly take in what they do. I couldn't recommend Chavez Auto Body more! -Elijah Wilson read more

On June 12, I went to Chavez Auto Body to get a quote for repairing my 2014 Mazda 2. Cristobal was prompt in responding to all my questions. He was very nice and friendly, and he made sure I was comfortable during my time there. It was apparent to me that he was very knowledgeable about cars. Cristobal was very honest about the damaged parts in my car and helped me calculate if it was worth repairing. He also helped me replace the fuses in my 2007 Honda Civic and didn't charge me anything for that. He is such a nice guy. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet a professional who builds trust through transparency. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs. Thank you, Cristobal. read more

This is why you cannot trust just anybody with your personal items. I trusted them and I had to pay the price. I took my truck in for a new paint job when there were all done. I went to pick up my vehicle. I noticed the sensor started showing up on my display. I notified the owner and the Son. It was just a headache. They were telling me it will go away in time. I was not satisfied so I took it into the dealership. They did a diagnostic test and I find 2 my sensors went out, they were broken when they removed the bumper they messed up the sensors the top one and also the bottom one my vehicle. I try to bring it to their attention and right away they denied it it was pretty costly which I had to pay this is what happens when you trust people, and then a couple months ago I reach out to them. I even took my truck in for them to take pictures of the decal was peeling off. They said they couldn't do anything because the warranty run out but I don't understand why they waited. Three months to send me a letter that was unprofessional. I rather not ever trust again certain people I don't recommend them anymore. read more

This Is the 3rd time my husband has taken a vehicle into this company the 1st time was to have his Harley painted unfortunately they painted the wrong color the next time he took his headlights in to be cleaned they charged him for a very shotty job.the only reason he went back A again was because our insurance company accepts bids from this mechanics after my husband was hit and the shop is in walking distance neither his walker. M6 husband dropped the car off and asked for them to install the new headlights he purchased at the same time. The car was there all week. when we went to pick it up, the headlights were installed and they look great, we left then, then my husband removed the paper from tje floor he noticed there was silver paint all over the floor mats and all over the passenger seat and on the doors he turned around and went back and spoke to one of the guys and they insisted it came in that way. This is freaking ridiculous we don't just happen to have silver or Chrome colored paint hanging around our house and we certainly wouldn't splash it all over our floor boards and seats floor mats. My husband takes very good care of his car beware!! I would just find another place they don't give a shit read more

They fixed my dents in my car beautifully. The price was affordable. I was referred to them by a car dealership that uses them to repair, trade-ins, etc. there hidden away, but well worth the find Thank you. read more

Our vehicle body work looks good from the outside but it's not the body work from Chavez that one should worry for it's the electrical items, screws / bolts and attention to detail someone should be aware of! Jr. and Sr pride themselves on outside workmanship and how the car looks but they over look everything else. We took our vehicle in and got unfinished work. Missing bolts and screws, fasteners not in place to hold bumper, and the electrical wiring total Fck'd... we had to pay dealership a lot of money to get things right because these jack offs did not put nothing back in correct order we kept getting error lights regarding electrical. They also broken tubes leading to the windshield wipers. There answer / reply is ," our teams is trained and we don't do messed up likes this. " The value of savings isn't worth it with these uneducated scammers . I'll pay the extra next time and not go with these A-holes! read more

This is the place you want to go for your auto body repairs and paint jobs! 1) I was referred to Chavez Auto Body by the team who provides auto washes onsite at work because my Infiniti's paint job was peeling and looked so unsightly. Chris did an excellent job, provided great customer service and the car looked fabulous when I picked it up. 2) It only made sense to bring our recently damaged car to Chris to get repaired. He managed all the insurance work, gave us completion estimates, & called us when it was ready for pick up. The car looks as good as new! Professional, friendly and reliable shop! read more

Chris Jr. Chris Sr. and Jessie run the front office. They gave me a free quote in a matter of minutes and after they explained it to me I felt comfortable authorizing the work to be done on my Dodge Challenger. I have never written a review about a business but after seeing the repairs they did on my car I felt compelled to. My car has never looked this good. There are no more dents, scatches or fading. My car is 11 years old but because of the superior work that Chavez Auto Body did people have asked me if it is new. read more

Had my car towed there(recommended).should of went with my instinct. Got my quote and adjuster from insurance company...wanted to have it totalled out!!.said it needed more parts then what it needed...They were adding all these extra parts that were unnecessary and were also trying to total out my car I said No!!.my insurance was charged for towing, I paid for the towing, not this business..so I picked my car up and brought it to Mercedes and my estimate was half the price and none of the parts were needed that this place was claiming...it did not need to be totalled as well as they were claiming...watch out for this place, I believe they were trying to keep my car and had somthing with the adjuster...something wasnt right.. read more

We went to this shop a couple of months ago with some front end damage on both sides of the car. I wasn't all too sure about all of the body shops in the area, but we decided to do a couple of yelp searches and found this to be good all around. After meeting Cristobal, he had some pretty genuine concerns about the vehicle and looked at all the damage that was done. He was very nice and it was easy to see that he wanted to get us the best service possible. Well after that visit, he went farther than we expected. I was happy to see that he helped us a TON with fully restoring the damages to the car, but he made sure that all of the parts were authentic, restored and pristine to the touch once everything was done. I definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a genuine and hardworking team and I definitely will be going back when I need repairs on body damages in the future. read more

If you need ANY type of auto body repair, Chavez Auto Body is the place for you! I went to three different shops to get estimates (my front bumper needed to be replaced) and I was most pleased with Chavez....they were in the middle of the price ranges but they had the most professionalism and cleanliness of their shop! I worked with Jessie and he was the only one (out of the other two estimates) that reminded me I could use my insurance....then he also gave me a discounted price and was very honest about the work! Not only was I VERY PLEASED with their work...he also gave me a discount on my deductible!! AWESOME work AWESOME customer attention AWESOME shop!! Second time I have taken my car to Chavez Auto Body and you will be too once you take your car to this place. Nowadays it's hard to find a good bodyshop let alone an honest one. A friend recommended this place to me way back and ever since Chavez Auto Body shop is the only place I take my cars. It seems as if in this field most mechanics always try to scam customers, but no here, his prices are quite reasonable. I normally deal with Cristobal and all I can say is that he provides EXCELLENT service also for a mechanic shop; this place is quite organized and clean. Cristobal and his team are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They go beyond to please his customers.... so if you need work on your car and are looking for a honest and excellent bodyshop... look no more Chavez Auto Body is "the" place!!! read more

This shop Is amazing! I've used Chavez auto body Several times over the Years And they never disappoint. My husband and I were leaving on vacation and we had just put our paddle board up on our new kayak rack on top of my brand new 2020 Hyundai Kona . Thankfully no one was hurt and we were able to get to our destination safely . When we returned I took my car to Chavez auto Body On Thursday and picked it back up on Friday. Best Body shop that I have ever been too. Had a rear end bumper collision, and the insurance didn't want to pay for a new bumper. Chavez Auto body reconstructed and painted the bumper. My car has special paint and they got the paint job spot on. You can't even tell the difference between their paint and the factory paint. 100% good work. The bumper looks brand new. Couldn't even tell where it got the damage at. I have a Pearl Blue 2012 Honda Civic. I'm recommend this shop to everyone. They have affordable rates as well, if not the best prices compared to other shops. They take good care of their clients. read more
