I asked for a refund he refused three times to give me a refund so I left my sandwich and okra and drink on the front counter. He told me he didn't have to give me a refund because they don't have to give refunds if I'm not completely satisfied with my meal. I hope Corporate sees this post. I would like my refund of $10.49 and would like for this manager to be reprimanded for rude and unprofessional Customerservice.
