We opted for the Medium spice level for all the food. But it wasn't spicy at all. She give us the chili paste and the hot sauces on the side to cover it. In another 5-10 mins all the dishes were at our table. Really loved the appetizers. Flavor was really strong and loved it. Also enjoyed the Goat Curry and the Chow mein. Very flavorful. The Puri Sabji was a surprise - it was totally different from what we expected. Absolutely loved it! We were so happy that we stopped here instead of a pizza or fast food place. He said I wouldn't like the Kaan because Americans don't like it. When I said I wanted some dishes extra extra spicy, he tried to talk me out of it multiple times. I didn't mind the guidance, but I don't like the assumption that people like me don't like spicy food. And if I confirm I really do want it spicy, please don't keep trying to convince me otherwise.
