We have to keep calling them and they try to "squeeze" us in between other appointments. Three weeks later and $800 and my AC still is not working on some of the hottest days in Montreal.

Once I had made my decision, they arrived when they said they would and their team of installer were knowledgeable, professional, expert roof installers. They left zero mess behind when they were done. I have two dogs and it was super important that there not be any nails or shingles for the dogs to pick up. And three years of ice storms and high winds have not caused any shingles to fly away or any leaks. The roof is water-tight, beautiful, and just what I wanted. I absolutely recommend this company.

The rep looked at air conditioner and told me it had to be cleaned, then started to leave. This took a total of 5 minutes. I told him that since he was paid to be here for an hour he could do something! He did not offer to check the system on the outside, I asked him to do this. Omid quoted me 75$ for a service call while all the other ones quoted me between 150$-200$. Their technician was in the are and came within 30 min. while the other ones could not come before another 2-3 days. He came, checked and told me the gaz pressure was too low. He added some gaz for 150$. I knew that recycled gaz is not produced anymore, but only recycled and resold and therefore, it's more expensive every year. Problem was fixed easily and the air got colder within a few minutes. Do I recommend them? Absolutely.
