And it only took 3 days to get an appointment! Would highly recommend.

But I am happy to share this review of a family owned company. Sincerely Alastair Macfarlane.

I requested an estimate on Friday morning. Jordan reached out really quickly, and said he could come look at 4pm that day. I had a quote Saturday morning and by that afternoon we had agreed on a time on Monday to fix it. Saturday night he reached out and said he could come at 9am on Sunday to fix my hot water tank. Even better! He showed up on time (which is rare now-a-days) and got right to work. Upon inspection of the new tank he noticed a dent, which he did not like. He drove all the way back to Watertown to exchange it and being a new one back. They were still done before noon. I now have a new go to for my plumbing and heating. They installed a Dual Start capacitator for $225.00 and added 2 units of refridgerant for $170.00. My total bill was $1,143.94. A week later the air conditioner stopped working again. I called JCD to tell them and said that as they had just been there I shouldn't have to pay for the residential call again. They refused and said that it was probably a 'different' problem than the one they had repaired. I was not willing to spend another $400. on a company that would not guarantee their repairs, especially after only a week. I think this company overcharges and is dishonest.
