Mr. Masse, you address only 1 issue(and partially incorrectly) and ignore the many other issues that I brought to your attention via email. Dishonest about who they send I contacted your company and spoke to Saskya regarding my drain problem, I requested a plumber from your company to come and fix my drain problem. She confirmed that a plumber from Pure Plomberie will be sent to my house. Explain: Why she lied to me, you sent technicians and they were subcontractors? Diagnosis over the phone After explaining my problem they determined that I needed a pressure wash of my drain. How can a company work blindly and in such manners? This was my first clue to stay away, but my bad, I didn't. When the persons show up, I find out they are technicians and they tell me they are here to do a pressure wash of my drain. I immediately told them no until we know what the issue is. That God I did that because they would have caused more damage. Explain: Give a blind solution over the phone? Problems unresolved When your subcontractors first came to the house, they did not fix the problem. They did do a camera inspection and passed a snake, but they never unclogged the drain. I mentioned it to them, and called and emailed Saskya to bring it to her attention. She reassured me that they stand by their work and not to worry. Explain to me how your company could give false reassurance, since the issues never got resolved.? Additional work Done; About a week later, you send your technician to my house. A technician that could not even read the camera images. All he did was retake picture& videos because the first videos were not clear as confirmed by your Operations Director . No other work was done to fix the problem. I followed up again with Saskya that the problem persists and the technician did nothing to resolve it. You mention additional work no charge was done it April, absolutely no work was done in April. Explain to me apart from redoing the videos because it was not properly done the first time, what you did to fix the problem? Progess report; I continuously updated Saskya to complain about the problem that it was not being resolved and she told me that they would do a pressure wash no charge because they stand by their work and they never solved the problem. Days later I get a call from your subcontractors, Samuel tells me that your company told him to do a pressure wash. He tells me he does not agree because a pipe is broken and that it will make things worse but he states that he has no choice but to do what he was told by your company. And he also confirmed it was no charge When he showed up to the house, he again reiterated that it was not prudent to do a pressure wash, so I told him, don't do it now and let's wait for the city to repair the pipe and then you can come back and do the wash. He agreed. Where is Management The city came and fixed the pipe. I call your company and speak to Saskya to advise her that pipe is fixed and they can come to do the wash. She recalls the conversation but tells me that she needs to run it by the Director of Operation. Your company gets back to me and tells me that it will cost $750 to do a pressure wash. I was absolutely floored by this response and dishonesty. You go back on your promises and commitments to fix the problems. I contacted your company many times to speak to you director of operation and left several messages Never received a call back. However, I got all kinds of excuses, "not in, just left the office, not working from home..." I also asked to speak to you the owner, and here again, I got the same bunch of excuses. I paid $750 with no results! Where is management, no one had the decency to return calls and address the problems. To me Management is responsible for solving problems, but it seems like management itself is the problem Service: Drain cleaning Response from the owner a week ago We performed a drain unclogging with a rooter plus a camera inspection (and report for the City) back in January '23- we couldn't use the pressure wash and risk breaking the drain pipe. We did another camera inspection post work (at no charge) in April, to perform a different service we would have to charge a fee for it. Which is what we have been trying to explain on a few occasions. #24237
