Every time I would turn it on, the fuse in my electrical breaker panel would pop. Realizing that it was time to say goodbye to the old beast, but not knowing anything about buying a new AC, I turned to the professionals at CONFORTECH. The called me back quickly and they were able to suggest the best solution taking into account how big my condo is and what my needs were. They clearly explained the process of removing my old AC unit, and then replacing it with the new Panasonic multi function AC / thermopompe unit. Airmax was very easy to deal with, quick, responsive and professional. They quickly responded to our inquiry through the Costco website and were at our house within a couple of days. They took a look at our needs and presented a quote with two options the same day as their visit. They even identified a rebate program that we qualified for. That's in addition to the Costco promo where you get a percentage of your purchase back as a Costco gift card. Completing all the paperwork and prep with Airmax was easy and they scheduled us for our installation. The installers showed up on time as schedule and completed the install quickly and professionally. We're super happy with our new heat pump and the service we received from Airmax. We're just waiting for Costco to send us our gift card which we should have in a couple of weeks.
