Checked in at the kiosk (after wading through all the people who were walk ins). I waited about 15 min before being called and it was easy peasy !! Got my REAL ID. The clerk could not have been nicer. She even retook my pic cause it wasnt the best first try. Clerk told me that there were about 70 people waiting for "walk ins" when she got there at around 7 AM. By 9 AM, they were no longer taking walk ins. It is obviously a problem. This facility is just too small for the people it needs to service.
